We stayed for one evening with two kids (6yr old and 3yr old), the pool and slide were major hits. Our whole family spent a total of 4 hours in our short time there in the pool and slide. Our room was nice a clean and both beds were comfy. We had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The breakfast was great. We had eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, different breads and bagels, yogurts, various fruit, various juices, cereals, beans, oatmeal, coffee and tea. The staff was great and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Stayed with my sports team. Surrounding area has lots of food options and a mall within 5-7 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff helpful. Would recommend

The room and hotel were nice. The free breakfast was great and included a lot of selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much for sound-proofing as you could hear every little noise from your room. Rooms are modern and clean but would recommend a regular door on the bathroom as the sliding door doesn’t allow much for privacy.

Sorry, my first language is french... We've really enjoyed the place who was super cleaned, well ventilated, easy and fast access. The receptionist was really professional and polite. We felt important ! Thanks again for that adorable moment !

Our room was filthy, there was hair in our bed and the towels were dirty. First I advised reception of the towels and they were replaced immediately. Then, once I found the hair in the bed, they changed our room. The staff was good to deal with, but the situation left me not wanting to return to this hotel.

I stayed several times now in the Chateau and my kids love it there. Staff is great, breakfast is great... Kids love the slide and the pool but after couple of hours my son developed a fever and it was not a casual cold symptoms but it seems rather due to usage of the pool ( reaction to the pool water). Perhaps maintanance should be more frequent as it was overly crowded that same afternoon.
