We have replaced the HDMI cord on the TV and it is working properly.The winery next door is in charge of opening the Private Entrance between our properties. Sometimes they have it closed for private events.In any case we encourage our guest to text us with any questions or needs during their stay and would have been happy to resolve any issues you may have for a more enjoyable time. We hope to have you back another time!

Marisol, Im sorry your second time staying was not as enjoyable as your first. I did take a second to look back at our messages and from what I could tell, You seemed to understand that we do provide the waters for our guest. Im sorry our housekeeping over looked the ice cream in the freezer, however, in our messages you never mention any of the other things about the room not being clean. If I would have known I would have been happy to address the situation for you. Thank you for being a return guest and we hope you might consider staying at Vineyard Trail Cottages again.
