El hotel está situado en un lugar bastante accesible y tranquilo. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con lo indispensable, el personal fue siempre muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo para vacaciones y definitivamente regresare.

Just needed a place to get off the road and sleep. This place was better than some much more expensive places I've booked for longer stays. I'll stay again if I'm ever overnight in Virginia.

When we travel from New England to Florida, a few times a year, we always stay at Towneplace Suites. Always great staff always clean rooms. They do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms up to a great standard and we appreciate that very much.

LOCK YOUR SUITCASES!!!
Watch yourself!!! Something major has changed at this location. Seems to have declined in appearance and employees. Had to switch rooms due to faulty AC unit first night. Floor and carpet soaked. That was handled by the desk clerk offering a room only a few doors down which was greatly appreciated. However, on our last day of our stay (3 nights) housekeeping went into our room sometime during the day, this was after our magnetic sign posted on door requested no service needed. Luggage and medication bags were gone through. Immediately called the desk and was advised we would have to speak to the manager the next morning at 7am. Went down to the desk at 7 and was told to come back later and meet the manager at 9am instead. This caused us to get up early and rearrange our day but that was not even taken into consideration by anyone whatsoever. Apparently the customers needs do not matter? That is something to consider when staying there. Met with the manager at 9am where we were confronted with whole housekeeping staff. Nothing was offered as a solution whatsoever by the location “manager” it was supposedly turned over to a “higher up” to get back to us about it via email. Really?? All I can say is… Be careful staying here anymore!!! It’s been the worst trip I’ve ever experienced here and have stayed multiple times over the last several years. We will seek an alternative location next time. I can’t believe MARRIOTT has lowered their standards so much. Extremely disappointed.

Room was a little cramped, sufficient for length of stay. Breakfast room was also cramped though the product, particularly the coffee was very good. The Breakfast Room Attendant’s pleasant disposition was exceeded only by her professionalism. Desk staff was accommodating and genuinely courteous.

Enjoyable Stay
I loved the room. It was bigger than I expected. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The scone was hard as a rock--it seemed to be over baked rather than stale. The coffee was pretty good, though. In any case, I didn't even realize there was free breakfast, and a lot of hotels don't offer it anymore, so just having the free food was a bonus. The room was quiet and clean. The furniture was a little uncomfortable, but for the price point, I can't complain. I'd stay here again.

When I checked into my room, I didn't have any wash cloths so I had to go down to the 1st floor to retrieve wash cloths. Additionally, my room didn't get cleaned or the dirty towels replaced that I had on the floor in the bathroom.

The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Friendly and accommodating. It’s a. Older facility and that shows; but we slept like logs! It’s a dog friendly hotel. That said we heard several barkers/tappers on the way to and across from our room. The woman at the desk offered us a room in a quiet area without any fuss and we were very pleased. The hotel needs a refresh.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I had been to this hotel many years ago and remember it being great. I traveled with a dog back then.. i found that this hotel was still wonderful after all these years. Management has kept it up wonderfully. Our room looked as if ut was just reoainted although i dont think that was the case. Very clean. Everything you need as far ss shampoo conditioner and body wash. Dish wasging soap and paper towels in the small kitchen.. i have absolutely nothing negative to say about thus hotel. I would like to say THANK YOU for providing us a freat stay.

Gross. I can’t believe this hotel is $175/night. It reeks of that lavender fresh step deodorizer and the air is so stale. Rooms are dated and aged. It looks like a days inn not a Marriott. Don’t pay more than $75 for a room at this hotel.

I am truly sorry that you got this impression and feel this way about our hotel. We often get compliments about our fresh clean smell, so I regret to hear that this smell was not preferred by you. We are undergoing a full renovation and we are about 75% complete with this. I am sorry that you didn't get the full experience of our completed face lift! The value for of our service and amenities I assure you are priced fairly! Thank you again for staying with us!

Great place for pets, especially cats which many hotels don't like. There was only one queen bed, but also a loveseat/sleeper. Well appointed kitchen with large fridge, 2 burner stove and dishwasher.
