Wonderful stay in Fredericksburg! The outdoor lounge and hot tub area were absolutely amazing. Inside, the house was spotless, very well appointed, and had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely stay here again!

This house is absolutely adorable!!! The inside is so cozy and decorated so cute for Christmas!!The outside area is amazing and the inside hot tub was so great since it was quite cold outside. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

The Grape Escape was the PERFECT place for our Fredericksburg trip over Thanksgiving! Here's a few of our favorite highlights: Every amenity you can imagine is available Spa room made the perfect hang out spot Books were enjoyed by the firepit Beds are INCREDIBLY comfortable Kitchen was equipped for all our cooking needs Host was very accessible and quick to reply Outdoor table was perfectly positioned for shade in the afternoon sun It's just a few minutes from downtown fun and groceries Kids loved the yard games There were zero issues with hvac, electric, plumbing, etc One of my favorites is that everything was labeled so we had no trouble navigating the property The decororations made it feel like home; nothing genericThanks for hosting such a great experience for our family!!

Girls Wine/Shopping Trip

This property was just perfect for 4 "girls" that wanted to get away for some relaxation, wine and shopping. It was so clean and well stocked and organized with everything. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside ..... Amazing! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. The hot tub was very inviting after a long day of shopping in town. Close to everything, yet so quiet at night. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great family get away

We had such a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and my kids LOVED the backyard and hot tub. We definitely hope to come back. This has nothing to do with the home itself but wanted to include in case it might be helpful to people planning a trip, if you are hoping to do Enchanted Rock and are going during a busier time (it was spring break for us) make reservations early. We tried the week of and they were sold out. We ended up doing Lady Bird Municipal Park which was great, but we were bummed to miss out on Enchanted Rock.

Fantastic and Clean!!

This is a great house that has some nice extras even though the weather was so cold we didn’t get to enjoy most of them outside, but the hot tub and fireplace we definitely took advantage of! Close to town but nice and quiet. Owners were great and quick in responding to one little thing we needed answered. Overall a super good time and the house was clean and was really enjoyable! Thanks!

Absolutely a must stay!

The Grape Escape beat our expectations by far! Absolutely amazing and stunning property. Enjoyed picking up pecans up (great memories with my grandpa) front of the house. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a very luxurious, modern feel. It made the stay very stress-free, comfortable, and cozy. The check-in process was super easy, and it's pretty close to shops/restaurants, but a little outside the city which makes it quiet and peaceful. We were greeted with a snack basket and a bottle of wine. The place was exactly as pictured down to the details. My wife and I loved the indoor hot tub, and we are already thinking of doing the same at our ranch! The king-sized bed was like heaven so overall, the rental was perfect! Richard, the owner, was a great communicator. We will stay here every single time next time we go back to Fredericksburg! Thank you for the perfect weekend getaway!

Relaxing Getaway

This VRBO was phenomenal. We booked it last minute (like within 24 hours of us arriving) and the hosts were great. The house was in a cute little neighborhood, it had an old time feel on the outside but the inside was more modern. Super cute. Our favorite part was the separate spa house outside the back door. So relaxing. Great way to spend the evening after walking downtown all day. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip there!
