I never slept there today hit the wrong select room tab ,, didn't know it was South, I thought it was North I called immediately to see if something could be done, I spoke to a clerk that made me a reservation on her in for Fredericksburg North, extremely helpful , spoke with Matthew from Expedia to take care of things on his end , extremely helpful I hope I'm saying his name correctly he has a unique name never heard of it an a beautiful accent extremely helpful an Romero extremely helpful everyone I named went above an beyond , however the manager never answered my call, I called 9 times an no attempt on that end.

I have no review. My car broke down and it was towed to a nearby dealership. I needed a place to stay for the night. It looked like the best option. It is average to the places i usually stay. It meets my necessary requirements and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

First impression: Homeless people outside the front door harassing people for money. Filthy, run down lobby with shabby furniture. I had to wait 25 minutes to check in because there was no one present at the front desk. Worst property I ever visited, decided not to stay there. The owner was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about having my small dog with me. I asked where his pet policy was posted. He said he could charge me any deposit he wanted for my dog. I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation and request an immediate refund. He started screaming at me. My advice to anyone considering a stay here...AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Cockroaches were crawling around, and the owner is very disrespectful and likes to yell at people. My daughter got blood on the sheets and he told me Ihad to leave after day one. Yet I had paid for two. He also refused to give me a refund for the second day. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn because of his lack of understanding and his yelling at me when I showed upat my room that he deactivated my key too.

Room was filthy with dust and debris under the bed and heater. Black mold in tub and shower. The heater emitted an order that gave us headaches and sore throats, we had to turn it off, even though the outside temperature was 30 degrees. Should have taken photos.

Didn't like anything about my stay here! Old way outdated mattress made for a terrible sleep. Not to mention the mattress had remaining of bed bugs all over the mattress. Roaches in the room and walls that you can clearly hear through! Had to go buy alcohol to spray bed and whole room for possible bedbugss! No happy!

WORST PLACE EVER
The gentleman checking us In was more than rude. Even though we had paid an extra $20 for the extra person in our room, We still had to bring down a dirty towel to get another. And even in the morning he was still rude.😡 The room itself was disgusting, the cream chair in the corner was mostly black/brown and the walls looked like it rained UV lighting down into the room.

The room smelled horribly like marijuana. My 8 year old granddaughter was gagging it was so intense. I was told that the room could not be changed. The police were in the parking lot with an intoxicated guest when we arrived.
