Host was fantastic, understanding and helpful. Property location perfect that is if you are looking for a quiet location. There are other rentals on the property but spaced plenty far apart to still give you the feel of having it all to yourself.

Amenities well described as well as the property and lodging. We stayed during the obvious off season making the property very quiet. Both the wife and I was amazed in the mornings on how comfortable the bed was and how rested we were for our day ahead. The cats, gotta mention the cats. They were almost like family except better. Always there to welcome us back to the cabin each time we left.

Great Wine Country Property

Perfect amount of space for two near Fredericksburg. The cabin was spacious with a well equipped full sized kitchen. The hot tub was clean and running well. You will see a small heard of cattle come right near the property to graze but not too close to be a bother. The other cabins in the area are not close so you have your privacy and plenty of peaceful silence all day. The property owners and were very responsive prior to our stay. They provided all information we needed before check in.. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet cabin with more room than the other “tiny home” rentals that don’t have much of a kitchen and are surrounded by other properties. You will find your peace and quiet at the Magnolia house and still be close to all the fun of Fredericksburg.

Lovely Gals Trip Away

Took my best friend of over 42 years for a gals weekend away and birthday! Loved just hanging at the home so much neither wanted to leave. The host communication was exceptional. Had everything we needed for a long weekend to just relax and rejuvenate. Loved our guard cats and enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning and evening to catch a glimpse of deer coming to graze near a feeder within our view. My friend said it’s just what she needed, so a big hit for me!

Did not disappoint!

Quick weekend getaway for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. The location was perfect, the house was beautifully decorated, we had everything we could need, and, it was quiet and private. There was even a birthday card waiting for us when we got there! So sweet! Will absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

Great couples get away

Beat girl’s trip, EVER!

Me and a couple friends for away for the weekend. The property and house were both AMAZING! It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. But probably the best thing was the outside cats. I enjoyed the mornings sitting with the cats on the porch, watching the birds and sipping coffee. We will definitely be back

Cute House!

We enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia! The bed was very comfortable with nice white sheets. My husband liked unwinding in the hot tub every night...he was able to chill out with a glass of wine. Also, my 6 year old loved feeding the cats with the food provided. The Magnolia was clean and cutely decorated with nice antiques. Great trip to Fredericksburg!
