Excellent location with ample space

We had a wonderful stay at this Fredericksburg rental! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The home had plenty of space for our group of five friends and was very well-maintained throughout.Although the hot tub wasn’t available during our stay, the host let us know ahead of time and explained they were in the process of replacing it, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Would definitely recommend this property for a fun and comfortable getaway to the Hill Country!

Wedding week

We had use of the main house and the guest house. The properties were lovely and well equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor area was lovely with a fire pit and hot tub. There were two bikes to use but tires were flat and it rained alot so a non issue really. Would definitely stay here again. Good communication with property management. Water in guest bath main house was an issue. It would not get warm without running water for a long time and never really got hot. So just used main shower. Plenty of towels. Could just use wash rags. A few minor things which I shared with the manager but overall this property is a great place to stay very clean and spacious for our group. Great place!!

STAY AT COZI

PRETTY PLACE BUT TOOOOO TOO MANY RULES. GOODNESS GRACIOUS IF YOU TRY TO CHECK IN 1 MINUTE EARLY. YOU PAY FULL PRICE TO STAY AT THIS RENTAL THE FIRST NIGHT AND YOU CAN'T GET IN UNTIL ITS TIME TO BED, THEN YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT BEFORE THE SUN COMES UP. YOU PAY A PRICY CLEANING FEE BUT THEY ASK YOU TO THROW AWAY TRASH AND TAKE THE SHEETS OFF THE BEDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE TO HELP OUT WITH HOUSEKEEPING. MY QUESTION IS---WHY DID WE PAY A CLEANING FEE. MY SISTER FOUND A FAKE EYELASH IN HER BED AND MY OTHER SISTER FOUND HAIR IN THE SHOWER. YUK!! WE WERE AFRAID TO DO ANYTHING WHEN WE WERE THERE BECAUSE THERE WOULD BE ADDED ON CHARGES. ARE YOU KIDDING??? THIS IS NOT A CHEAP PLACE TO STAY. WE HAD A GREAT TIME LAST NIGHT BECAUSE WE SAT AROUND AND LAUGHED ABOUT HOW RIDICULOUS EVERYTHING WAS. I GUESS YOU LIVE AND LEARN. YOU WOULD THINK WE WOULD HAVE ALREADY LEARNED BECAUSE THE YOUNGEST PERSON THERE WAS 66

Perfect adult family get away

This property was perfect for celebrating my mom’s 71st birthday. Each of the four couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. The two houses made it perfect for the really early risers to have space and not worry about waking the others. We had plenty of room to feast, play games and just enjoy each others company. The fire pit (with some wine of course!) was a perfect way to end our evenings. The only negative was the internet was extremely unreliable and none of the numerous closets had hangers. Overall I would recommend and return to this place if available again in the future.

Cute and Great Location

This property is super cute and would be perfect if you are traveling with friends or extended family. There are 2 houses, each with their own kitchen and living area. We were in for a wedding and had to travel to Johnson City for the rehearsal dinner. The location of this house gave us easy downtown access (you can walk) and the ability to get to all the great places in the hill country.

Four Couples Getaway

Perfect property for a getaway for four couples from four different states. The four bedrooms with separate bathrooms were appreciated. Plenty of room in the main house to gather for meals plus playing card games….outdoor area was great place to enjoy our morning coffee. Nice location within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend this property!

Great property having two separate houses was actually better than expected.

Great property- bathrooms large and clean. AC good. Nice small outdoor area. Parking a little tight and internet was not working properly but I would come back again. Great location!

Fun time in house close to the attractions.

The house was close to the attractions but not the cleanest when we arrived. Also we weren’t aware that it was two separate houses on one listing. We ended up not using one of the full houses since we had some people drop out last minute. Also windows didn’t lock so security was a little bit of a concern.

FBG Snowy Weekend

We loved the property and the cleanliness. Truly felt like a 5 star hotel experience in little quaint Fredericksburg. We had our mind set on a newer remodeled venue and were trying to avoid the antique farmhouse feel. This location nailed it! Walked to main street for breakfast even in the snow!

Perfect stay!!

These two houses were absolutely perfect! Very well kept, super clean, and perfectly located close to Main Street. The houses are beautifully decorated and look exactly as pictured. The owners communication was probably the best I’ve experienced! Very accommodating and very responsive. The check-in and check-out process was super easy! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys so much.

Girl trip

Clean, cute, convenient! It was nice to have the separate housing so we weren’t all cramped in sharing 1 house. The middle house where I stayed didn’t have bath soap and shampoo, but then found it later in the kitchen pantry. Other than that and figuring out how to use the heat/cooling system, it was fantastic!

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home. We had plenty of room provided in the two homes and their beautifully decorated bedrooms. We spent time relaxing outdoors by the fire pit in the evenings drinking wine. It was a short walk to Main St. where we spent our days strolling the shops. Overall, this home was just a perfect getaway! I will definitely book this home again!
