Host interaction needs to be improved. We drove hours and arrived in the dark. I logged into the app to get our access code to get in our rental. Then I discovered I had to go through a multi step process to gain access to that information . It’s been a dreary rainy day and now it’s dark. Then I find out you need to scan in your license, do selfies answer a bunch of questions, I’m tired I just want in. This should’ve been sent and completed when I made the reservations. After the selfie the app froze. Now I’m contacting the host to get help. I finally get the code, but since I wasn’t able to complete everything I don’t have access to other information like WiFi password. So that means another phone call even tho they told me there was a booklet with all of that inside the residence. No booklet either. It’s not how I wanted to start our trip.
