This place was a great location for a mini getaway for relaxation. The view to the little creek in the back with all the trees and chirping birds makes it feel like you're away in the woods. The time response from owner was also on point. They answered all the questions I had. If there was something I can recommend for the owner would be to let your guest know that the hot tub, if drained that day, would not be ready until the following evening. We were excited to sit out back Friday evening and enjoy the hot tub but due to having to empty out the hot tub for cleaning it took a whole 24 hours for it to heat up nicely. Also, even when it was heated, the hot tub did not stay hot that long. I understand a couple degrees to be lost without the cover but it went down significantly. We still enjoyed our time and would probably return.

This property was absolutely perfect. The location struck the ideal balance of being close to town while still feeling quiet and secluded. The amenities were fantastic—we loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna after a day out. The property itself was beautiful, and being able to bring our dog made the stay even better. It ended up being the perfect place for us to celebrate our engagement, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The host was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! So accommodating, I wanted to move my weekend stay to another weekend because of weather and they were more than happy to. The place is incredibly clean and super cozy. They provide all the things you need to make your stay exceptional. I will definitely be coming back. If you want a romantic get away from the loud life, this is the place to be.

Jean is an excellent host. She was readily available to assist with any questions. She was so very helpful. This property was absolutely beautiful and so clean and well kept. Scenery was amazing and property was so relaxing. Wildlife was an added bonus. Mini horses are so adorable and so fun to watch and pet. You will be well taken care of from start to finish with this property.

Everything was absolutely fabulous! I have already raved about it to all of my friends and told them they need to come and stay here. Victory House is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities you could want, peaceful scenic views, and only a short car ride away from Main Street in Fredericksburg. I will absolutely be coming back!

Pure Bliss
