Great getaway

Wonderful B&B that is much larger than it appears on the listing. We happen to have stayed during one of the years last cold snaps so made good use of the fireplace. Location was 2 minutes from the main street and multiple restaurants.

Dreamy cottage Fredericksburg

My husband and I rented this little cottage for my birthday weekend. It was private and dreamy! Warm, quiet , clean, Cute, and cozy !! We had a nice weekend exploring the beautiful wineries and cute town of Fredericksburg. But I think the best part was coming back to the cottage for a warm soak in the huge bathtub, pj’s , glass of wine and a beautiful fire in the fireplace! We loved our stay!! There was also a cute courtyard !!!! A little too cold for us this time! But will would definitely recommend Kristen’s place!

Amazing Stay

The property is gorgeous! I felt like every time I went into a room I found some other detail to love. It was clean, and very comfortable. It's also just one block off of Main Street, so easy walking distance to just about anything you want to do. We can't wait to stay here again!

Charming cottage

Lovely cottage-like home. Only 2 blocks walk to Main Street. The only complaint is that at night you can here quite a bit from outside and next door. Other than that it was a great stay.

Rustic Home

The location of the home was great, but the bed was very hard, the walls were very thin and we could hear people talking late into the night and early in the morning, vehicles driving by on a very busy road and creatures running across the roof outside. Also, the home only has a bath with a showerhead, but no actual shower stall or curtain. The home was clean, but pretty rustic. Especially for the price, we would likely look for somewhere else to stay next time.

Lots of Character

This little house is way cuter and full of character than we could tell from the listing. The bedroom is large and spacious and the bathroom is really cool. It was quiet and comfortable. Obviously there’s just a bathtub and not a shower, but for a short stay it was just fine. Loved it!

So charming and comfy! We loved it!

We enjoyed staying in Kristin’s Suite! The private courtyard was so cute with the fountain - we sat and shared a bottle of wine while listening to the fountain. The bed was super comfy! I loved the fact that we could make a real wood burning fire in the fireplace - such a treat! The bathroom is beautiful - it would be nice if there was a way to put some sort of fastener on the wall for the handheld showerhead so you could take a real shower, but it was ok. The only thing I would say anything negative about would be that you can hear through the walls - I could clearly hear the people next door to us through the wall, but only near the front door. I didn’t hear anything in the bedroom. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and I would highly recommend Kristen’s Suite!
