Quiet relaxing stay at the barn!

Great secluded cabin

We loved this little cabin. It was perfect for our weekend getaway, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, soft bed, and that there was breakfast to cook in the fridge for us.

Peaceful, Quiet, Comfy

The Barn was perfect for our long weekend in the Hill Country- just outside of Fredericksburg but close to all the local attractions. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed; there were plenty of towels and linens, and sitting on the front porch was a treat in the mornings and evenings. Definitely recommend for a couple's getaway!

We enjoyed the National Park which was great walking and exercise for us to go and listen to the birds and more. we enjoyed the Hot/Jet Tub. It rained frequently but was not too muddy. But did make the weather temp awesome. did not need much a/c with windows open to enjoy cooler air The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very smooth. Very nice touch to have breakfast foods in refrig upon arrival. Plenty of supplies: bath towels, dog towels, muddy feet towels, Only issues: as a property manager by trade, I did notice that the oven smoked when we used it The kitchen faucet leaks at handle base I do recommend a commercial outdoor/indoor entrance mat to place dog water/food on since dog water does not always stay inside the bowl… we set a towel down to help with this and always (at home too) wipe dog face after drinking.

Beautiful quiet location.

Perfect location and wonderful accommodations! Sitting on rockers with breakfast was perfect. At night looking at the star lit sky was a wonderful end to the day.

The Barn is beautifully decorated and spotless. Everything was perfect including the king size bed - good mattress with good pillows and soft sheets. I will definitely stay at The Barn again!

Beautiful Location!!

This property is well maintained and the location is beautiful. It is close to Fredericksburg, the bat caves, and a well known burger place within walking distance! We will definitely be back.

Highly recommended!

This was my second stay at the Barn in Alamo Springs! It's an extremely peaceful and beautiful part of the Texas Hill Country. The Cabin is clean and very well maintained. I will certainly be looking forward to my next visit.

Weekend get away.

We had a nice quiet get away. We enjoyed our stay at this remote cabin. We viewed the Solar Eclipse from the cabin, visited Alamo Springs cafe and went to a concert at Luckenbach. This cabin is close to everything, while still being away from everything. We will book again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

5 Stars - We love this cabin!

My wife and I have made a few trips to Fredericksburg over the years and the last two trips we have stayed here at the Barn. We absolutely love this cabin, we love the peace and quiet we can have out there. It's a bit of a drive from town but it's well worth it. We've recommended this cabin to family and friends and we will stay here any time we come for a vacation. Thank you to our hosts!

Best anniversary ever!

This beat out our first anniversary (Key West Fl) by far. The location and rental was beautiful. Quiet and relaxing w a short commute to town. This is a place we would definitely return to. This exceeded our expectations and made for a very memorable 2nd anniversary! We wouldn’t change a thing!

Off The Grid

This property is perfect for those wanting to discount .... very little cell / data service, no satellite TV, just the stars and sky above you. Fireplace is perfect for the cool evenings and the oversize bathtub is perfect for romantic evenings.

Loves the stay

We enjoyed the stay and wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be staying here again. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We also love the country drive. Thank you for the breakfast stuff it was the icing on the cake. It is the perfect lil cabin for a weekend retreat to rejuvenate and catch up with life. Again, thank you for an amazing stay!
