The home was lovely and perfect for our stay. Everyone we needed was available, and the house was exceptionally clean. We loved the distance to downtown. We were able to walk everywhere. Danny was extremely communicative. Thank you for a great stay!

Danny was a wonderful host. He allowed us to check in early and was very communicative.The unit has some great features. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated, and the location is about a 10-minute walk to town.There were, however, a few things that would likely keep us from booking this unit again. The heating system was difficult to regulate. Even when set between 60–70 degrees, the house became very warm (it felt closer to 80 degrees). One of the bedroom window units did not seem to function properly, so we weren’t able to use the fan or AC to cool down the room. Since the windows also cannot be opened, this made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. The bathroom sink is quite narrow.While the home appeared clean overall, it would benefit from a deeper cleaning. We noticed visible dust on blinds and light fixtures. One member of our group has a dust allergy and was affected during our stay.Although the property is technically walkable to town, there is a stretch without a sidewalk where you must walk along a main road or cross without a designated crosswalk. This felt uncomfortable at times, especially after dark.Lastly, we did notice a strong smell of marijuana on several occasions during our stay. We understand this is likely outside of the host’s control, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of.Overall, Danny was a great host, but the unit ultimately wasn’t the best fit for our needs.

Wonderful property if you plan on visiting Frederick MD. Easy to get to, easy parking, and perfectly located within walking distance of all the historic downtown attractions. The property is super clean, cozy and has all the amenities you’d need. Fantastic comms with the owner…highly recommend.

We toyed with the idea of staying at at hotel - not as close to downtown - and I'm so glad we opted to stay at Danny's place. It was super cute and quaint and we definitely appreciated all of the very convenient touches, especially the fully stocked coffee bar. Prior to our stay he was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful, quiet historic building close to everything!

We had a great stay in Frederick in this quaint, historic building. Lovely and clean space, quiet street just outside the main streets where you can find great bars and restaurants. Definitely within walking distance to downtown and parking was super convenient and easy. I would definitely stay here again- perfect for a couple.

Lovely house right by MARC station and easily walkable to all Frederick has to offer. It is an old house and has window AC units but other than that the renovation looks nice / works. Owner was helpful / commuinicative.

This property is cozy, comfortable and very close to downtown. All the amenities we ended up needing (dishes, wine opener, wine glasses, shampoo and conditioner) were included. If I come back to visit Frederick, I'll definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed this cozy house for our holiday trip to visit family. The backyard yard was perfect for our granddaughters run & play on the manicured lawn. The house had everything we needed especially the kitchen where we cook daily! The location is exceptional… we walked everywhere. Parking was available right in front of the house too! We definitely will be returning on our next trip to beautiful Frederick, MD
