  • Peaceful 2BR stone townhouse with free parking in downtown Frederick. Booking includes entire accommodation of 2 bedrooms with closets on second floor (one bedroom leads to a back balcony overlooking fenced hardscaped yard), one luxury bathroom, high ceiling living room (looking toward quiet street), new bathroom, and a full equipped kitchen with dining space. It is lively decorated, there is sound proofing, window air-conditioning, electric heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a free private parking behind the backyard of the house.

Kitchen was equipped ok but no paper towels, only one dish cloth, no dishwasher, and guests were expected to wash and dry dishes and put them away before checking out. Not very sanitary as I used the dish towel to dry my hands.

Frederick July 4th

We wanted to get out and do some bike rides and play a few rounds of golf, but near to downtown Frederick- the house was oerfect with the two bedrooms and the parking space is key. Wonderful trip, and the house played a big part.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for walking just about anywhere we needed to go! Two bedrooms were a plus for me, my husband, and his sister. The half bath downstairs was also appreciated!

Prime location in quiet neighborhood. Had all the basics and in a pleasant surprise it had 1 1/2 baths vs the 1 in the listing. Beds were comfy and had all the basics you would need (except paaper towels). Everything was clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!!

Good choice

This is a very nice 2-story, 2-bedroom apartment within walking distance of downtown Frederick. The apartment had everything we needed. The back gate was stuck while we were there, but that didn't change our enjoyment of this rental.

Downtown Frederick

It was great to stay within walking distance from my sister and downtown. Having a parking spot eliminated the need to move our car on trash days. The home was the perfect size for myself, my husband, and my son. The main rooms had window air conditioning. The hallways and bathrooms did not. Made for a toasty shower. Basic amenities in the kitchen-we ate out most of the time, so didn't need much more than plates. I would definitely stay here again.

Cool house thats been renovated. It was a great location, especially during the In the Street festival. Kind of disappointed that there was no office nook as pictured and described. Had an issue with parking but was resolved by host.

Great little place to stay

Very nice house to stay in. Not super kid friendly but not terrible. My only constructive criticism is, my room was very bright at night even with the blinds closed, some curtains would be nice. Also, an option to gate off the stairs because they are a little sketchy would have been nice. Other than that I have no complaints and would stay again if we return to the area!

Good location

Many restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.Attractive apartment.Nice couch in living room, but if 4 people rented the apartment, there wouldn't be enough seating. Kitchen was well equipped. Used table for meal prep as there was practically no counter space.Very nice to have a 1st floor half bath.Both bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet and drawers/shelves, good beds.Front bedroom was noisy and blinds let in too much light. Fortunately, the 2 of us used the back bedroom, which was quiet and dark.When we had a plumbing issue, host took way too long to respond, although they did resolve it.Wonderful to have a reserved parking spot behind the building, but host wouldn't give us a back door key so we could access it directly.

Downtown Frederick with Parking

The property was perfect for our stay. The property is newly remodeled and very comfortable. It is an historic property that has been nicely updated. Towels, shampoos, coffees, teas were provided, which is always a nice touch. The location is great for walking around town. Off-street parking allows you to hop in your vehicle and drive without having to fuss about parking. It is a perfect place for adults. The stairs are a bit narrow, but there is a railing. I think because it is a relatively new offering, there was not a list of rules. It is nice to have a list to refer to, just to know if there are any host expectations/requirements when checking out. I would definitely stay here again.
