The place has a great location, but when we entered the to the room we found 3 cockroaches inside the room and that was disgusting.

maquinas de lavado en malas condiciones
Todo estuvo bien con respecto al cuarto y limpieza pero cuando uno viaja por trabajo o negocio en algunas ocasiones tienes que lavar ropa y la lavadora no servía y la secadora nunca secaba la ropa no estaban en buenas condiciones

This was my first time at this location. Hope there are upgrades before i have to go back in December. Was not as impressive as the photos portray.

Room was at first floor that it was convenient. Everything inside the room was clean and everything needed was there accessible. The breakfast was a full menu, delicious, warm and courtesy of employees was nice.

I will start off by saying I do not need a refund, as someone who frequently stays at best westerns for work I am used to a good quality room and it is why I booked the stay at this one on my own dime  for my only two days off this MONTH. I work non-stop with my business and took two days to take the wife out to see family. I am shocked that this king size room has a bathroom that I wouldn't even consider useable by some, the toilet is crooked the ceiling fan is crooked. If you go to sit your foot is on the door stopper your legs will hit both tub and door, the caulking around the tub is all cracked and the tiles are bulging off the wall. The shower head when I went to change the setting fell off during my shower as they didn't screw it on all the way so it turned freely. There is a accoustic tile drop ceiling in the shower??? The shower head isn't flush, there isn't even room to get dressed, you have to step out into the room pretty much naked to get ready. Whoever designed this and then built this obviously doesn't care or take pride in their work and I would tell people to steer clear. To everyone that says ask for a refund - there is no price for time, the reason everything is terrible in this country is lack of generosity and pride in their work and it shows but they want more money for everything. And the last nail in the coffin, the heater doesn't heat and it is falling off the wall on a freezing couple of days.

Exactly what you would expect from a two star motel. No elevators to the second floor, we had to carry everything up the stairs with no help from the motel. We had to swith rooms twice becausenthe key card didnt work, then the next one had a broken ac that was making horrendous noise. Mediocre breakfast in a small area.that gets jammed with only 10 or so people. But overall clean and was good for just passing through.

Bathroom was small, clean but it still worked for me. Breakfast was delicious, I was happy to see scrambled eggs and bacon, plus the biscuit and gravy. Lots of fruit to choose from also. Coffee was also very good.

The gentleman at the front desk named Mitchell was very helpful and friendly. He is an asset to the Best Western company. I had several personal issues that needed solving and Mitchell was not only prepared but put me at ease by assuring me that he could easily solve my situation. Keep that young man on staff!!!

Clean & Comfortable hotel. Easy parking, within walking distance to supermarket and several restaurants, and conveniently located to the expressway. Friendly staff and impressive breakfast offerings. Safe location.

Great stay at Best Western Frederick. Stayed 8-nights while in town for work & visiting friends & family. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Included breakfast every morning was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again while in town.

Friendly front staff. Clean room. Fridge and microwave was great to have. Back stairs had some plastic sheeting that had buckled in a few places. Navigate carefully.
