"It was perfect for our needs--the cottage was clean, nice looking, well-furnished, in a quiet neighborhood, & close to the activities we were interested in."

"Amazing vacation! The Main House plus 3 cabins gave ample space & privacy for our group of 20 babies & 4 dogs! The backyard is perfect for campfires & play area for the young ones. Being so close to the public street access was very convenient! Renting a pontoon from Go Fast made the vacation complete!! We’ll be back! Already booked for 2026! Thanks to Jeremy, Cathy & April (plus crew) for making our stay so memorable!"

"The location was perfect. Not a busy area, but plenty to do that’s close to the house. The house was amazing on the inside and out. The garage was our favorite part. The garage did not have A/C, but was a great spot to hang out with all of the games out there. Highly recommend this location for a getaway. "

"Everything about the property was very well thought out. Check in and communication was very easy. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. For our group, the access to the pools on the property was a great addition to the trip. The property was very peaceful being surrounded by trees as well. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great place to stay at Higgins Lake!! The house is clean & updated and feels like home - all the amenities you need, and then some, plus an amazing view!Everything was clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed it!One note for guests - bring water shoes for going in the lake out past the owner's boat. Couldn't be happier with our stay - it was awesome and the owners were responsive and gave all the necessary information. Seamless check-in, stay, and check-out.We loved it!"
