Great layout and location in Fraser with a nice kitchen for cooking. Heat worked great and the building was very quiet at night during our stay. Definitely loved being able to bring my pet and administer their medication while on our vacation, rather than needing to ask for help from friends. He seemed to really enjoy the space as well.

The unit was perfect for us. We were 3 adults and a dog. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen, living space and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the location was close to the attractions we took advantage of. The hosts were quick to respond and super helpful!

Perfect spot for ski weekend

Joshua and Joanna's property was lovely. Quite spacious, but still felt cozy and had everything we needed. Accessibility was so easy - the unit is located on the ground floor with parking right outside of the patio. The unit was very clean, beds comfy, water temp was very responsive (you take this for granted staying in other Vrbos with lack of hot water during the winter), and the kitchen was well-stocked! Our only 'issue' was that we could easily hear the neighbors upstairs and our bed was a bit creaky. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental!

Cute place, very clean and great location

We loved everything about it but were disappointed in the hot tub. Not the owner's fault in any way, but both times we attempted to go to the hot tub, we got there and there were loads of people running in and out. Far from relaxing so we didn't stay either time. We'd been looking forward to that part of our ski trip, so we were all disappointed.

Creaky, but good!

Property is in a great location and the access to the hot tub/pool and gym area was also great. Floors in tne condo are creaky and so is both bathtubs, but obviously nothing too horrible. You can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors moving around.

Great Condo in a beautiful location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well maintained condo. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. This was also a very dog friendly location! Close to trails, fishing, restaurants & shopping so it had something for everyone in our group! We would definitely book this again for a future stay!

Beautiful place in Winter Park

We loved our stay at Joshua’s place in Winter Park! Everything was provided for us at this place and was very clean and spacious. It was a beautiful place with a beautiful view of the mountains. Joshua gave clear instructions and provided an iPad about all the amenities for our stay. He was a great host and made himself available to us if needed. Thank you Joshua for an amazing stay…we absolutely loved your place that we didn’t want to leave but we hope to visit again sometime in the future!

Great location. Wife is cold natured and it was below zero most of the time and she never got cold. Great condo for exploring Grand County. Ski closet was a nice addition. Very pet friendly. Hot tub facility was perfect for sore muscles.

Amazing condo in Fraser pet friendly!

We LOVED Josh's place. Very updated and well appointed. It was very cozy and the check in process went very smoothly. We were there over Xmas break and he even had a xmas tree lit up for when we arrived. There is a great fire place that we used often. There is a well supplied lwood pile on the porch. Josh was very receptive to texts and emails and always responded to our questions. The community center was a great addition and we took advantage of the hot tubs over the x mas holiday break. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and seemed brand new. The Kitchen was great and has everything you need and more to cook while visiting. The washer and dryer were a nice convenience! There is a Safeway very close by and great free shuttles to Winter Park ski hill. We actually never used our car once, except to go out for dinner one night at The Tabernash Tavern. There were also great places to walk your dog and the neighborhood was very family friendly and quiet. We really appreciated Josh and will definitely be back! Michelle Kenrick
