Charlotte, the host, was wonderful and very accommodating. There was a minor plumbing issue and she was quick and efficient to try to fix it, and when it was unable to be fixed, she quickly offered us another wonderful property to stay at. Both properties were beautiful, clean, well-maintained and in the perfect area, close to Winter Park resort and all the fun places in town. We will definitely stay here again!

Quick response amd addressed all needs quickly. Beautiful, comfortable, 4 min walk to bus w short ride to winter park resort. Shuttle bus every 30 min. Would absolutely recommend!!

Beautiful accommodations! Perfect place to relax and unwind inside and out on the back deck. Loved evenings by the fire pit listening to the water in the stream just footsteps away. Very comfortable and great location! I will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Colorado.

Finish out family vacation

We absolutely love the location. Being able to walk to restaurants and shops through the network of trails, the views of the sunset near the ponds, hiking through the Aspen’s. It was all much more satisfying than what we imagined. The actual house was perfect in so many ways. We hope that others will take care of it so that it is nice for the future. We enjoyed the patio and grill and table top fireplace. We would absolutely consider returning again. The only thing missing was some basic seasonings, but we happened to have them from a previous rental in town. Our host was accommodating, professional, and considerate. In addition, the availability to park in the garage was a benefit.

Wonderful stay at Winter Place

I thoroughly enjoyed this condo during my recent trip to Winter Place with my 3 teenagers. The condo was spacious, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a grocery store and several dining options within a short driving (or shuttle) distance. Communication with the owners was prompt. I will definitely try to rent this condo again. Thank you!

Great stay in Fraser

This place was perfect for our family snowboarding trip! A 2 minute walk to the bus stop for winter park. Lovely and relaxing inside. It had all the necessities.

Winterpark

Overall good, code did not work when we got there, too much light in the morning, needs blackout blinds, the “third” room does not work as a room, again problem with the blinds, we asked for two additional cleaning days, one was good the second one arrive too late, has to rescheduled for the next day and the job was poorly done, also outside somebody was shoveling snow at 6AM!

Just as pictured.

This unit is well maintained, and just as pictured. The unit contains everything you will need for a comfortable stay.The check-in process went very well. Rendezvous Village is just off the main road where you will find many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The village is about 4 miles from winter resort where you will find many winter activities. The property managers were very professional,nice, and accommodating. They are readily available at the phone number is listed on your confirmation. During my stay, there was someone that came by and snow plowed the walkway and front porch. Thank you.

Fantastic Location!

The location of the unit is fantastic, with many shops, restaurants and activities/trails close by. We really enjoyed all of the windows and natural light in this unit along with the amazing views out the large windows in the living room. The unit felt private but also had a great walking trail just steps away. The unit was well stocked and the hosts made sure guests would have all they needed for an enjoyable stay. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. Reading the reviews before booking, it was well rated so it seems we were the one-off but the unit was in need of a deep clean. Floors were visibly dirty with many crumbs, dirt and dust and we had to wipe down melted chocolate from the leather couch. Lots of dust and hair behind the door of the bathroom and in the bedrooms. We spent the majority of our time away from the unit exploring the trails, RMNP and nearby towns and only utilized the unit for sleeping and showering. After picking up some cleaning supplies at the local Safeway, we felt more comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!

Great Location, Nice Duplex with Beautiful Outdoor Trail

Our stay was wonderful! The duplex is in a somewhat private setting and has up-to-date amenities. It's very close to everything! We attended the Jazz Festival at the Rendezvous Event Center and had no issues getting there or leaving. The outdoor trail was beautiful. We would definitely stay again.
