Spacious House for Multiple Families
Rooms are all great sizes and big living room area with a big TV making things super easy for family with kids. The entry way has a great mud room area which makes it super easy to keep the snow from getting in. We had a great time stay here and would definitely consider staying again.

Everything was just as listed! Plenty of room for our whole group of 12 and the location is perfect. Very clean and the owner was very helpful! He even coordinated returning some items we had left behind. Thanks again Mark!

impressive
great location, in between Winter Park and Grandby Ranch yet felt like we were in nature. Accommodations were great given the price ( much lower in price than other houses). All nine of us really liked the place including the 5 teenagers with us

Great weekend stay
Spacious and well-furnished. The house was located in a great spot- very easy to get to Winter Park for skiing and close to several nice dining spots. Family remarked several times how nice the house was. We especially enjoyed the living area and fireplace every evening. Would recommend 10/10.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed it very much.
We had the whole family of eight people including two children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had some questions at first which were promptly answered by the owner. One of the best places we have stayed in Winter Park.

Christmas ski trip
We traveled to be close to family and friends and to enjoy a white Christmas and of course some good skiing/snow boarding. The house was perfect! The room and bathroom layout was great for our group and it was fun to be able to include our pup. The house included everything we needed in the kitchen and provided plenty of towels and soaps for the bathrooms. It was even decorated for Christmas - what a treat!! The neighborhood was lovely - our pup loved his walk in the snow. We enjoyed the proximity to everything and how easy it was to get to Winter Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

Grand place in Frasier
Beautiful house with lots of room for a big family getaway and fantastic views. Mins to winter park skiing and great restaurants. Highly recommended!! Would love to come back in the summer too

Great place for the whole family
The space is excellent in a really ideal location. We had a wonderful stay with 12 adults and 2 kiddos. I really appreciate that all of the rooms have queen beds in them!

Time away with Family and Friends
We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house. So many impromptu moments and meals together. GREAT location with easy walk or bike to grocery store. We did have difficulty with food storage and linens. A second refrigerator would be great to have in the laundry room. When you have a large group of 10 or more there are many perishables that need more than coolers. We also had lots of extra pillows but no pillow cases. They should all be covered and instructions to leave the ones used on the beds at the end of the stay. Also, there wasn't any sheets for the Futon. Please update the information sheet. It was outdated from a former owner. Will we be back? ABSOLUTELY! It is a wonderful cozy home. We hosted for 6 years and know what goes into it. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our family members and friends. Ty & Lorrie

Family vacation
This property was great for our family of 12. We had 4 family groups consisting of 7 adults and 5 children, ages 3 to 15. There was plenty of space for everyone and my 15 year old grandson loved using the futon on the balcony. We had brought bocce ball and badminton and were able to play them in the large driveway. We sat around the fire pit for hours of good talks and made all of our meals in a kitchen that offered a large crockpot and numerous pots and pans. There were wine glasses 😉 and plastic plates, cups and utensils for the little ones. The only thing missing seemed to be a set of measuring spoons. 😆 We spent a day exploring Rocky Mountain Nat’l. Park and another kayaking and fishing at a nearby reservoir. Oh and one added bonus, while sitting on the deck, talking and enjoying the fire, the space station flew over! No one really wanted to leave and I think everyone would be happy if grandma decided to rent this property sometime again!

Jazzy Mountains
Mr. Mark Johnson was an amazing host, he as very attentive to our needs when we would text him about a matter. The home was well cleaned upon arrival and very inviting, it was spacious and comfortable. The entire experience was great and we look forward to renting again on next year of 2023.

Awesome well equipped house
House is in a great location with easy access to busses to town or the ski resort for free. Honestly I think the house is better than the pictures portray. We had a small issue on arrival, but the homeowner was very responsive and resolved the issue.

Comfortable and well stocked family/friend mountain stay
This was a great place to stay for a long ski weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of staples and tools for cooking. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. The owner was very kind and helped us trouble shoot a clogged drain and the local bus routes. We'd definitely stay here again!

Awesome space and location
Place was perfect for snowboard trip. Great location from Winter Park and everything you need. Shuttle stop was 50 feet away but easy 10 minute drive if decide to drive. If heading to the mountain on a Saturday I would suggest getting there super early or just hop the shuttle. Place was very spacious and comfortable!! Would absolutely stay here again. We have a 4 month out and we found child care literally next door. Nanny JoJo was amazing. It was like walking into a pre school room. So if you need child care while on the mountain you should definitely reach out to her. Mark was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Fantastic home super beautiful views!
This home was perfect for a wedding party! There was enough of everything to serve a large family! Everyone loved the stay! The main floor bed was absolutely fantastic! Plenty of space and very open!

Overall property is nice; and location is very good. We were somewhat disappointed the home is a little smaller than anticipated. The bathrooms were disappointing... smaller than expected. The bedrooms did not have TV”s as advertised and no chests to place your clothes for the week. We lived out of our suitcases. TV’s are not a bid deal to us; however; it’s included in overall costs of the property based on their amenities. The owner was great; and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Weekend!
Mark's home was fantastic and exactly what we needed for a larger group traveling in from out of state for a weekend full of wedding activities. The location was close to downtown Fraser (walking distance), and just a short ride to Winter Park. The house was very clean and provided all of the amenities described. Mark was also very communicative and made sure there were no issues upon arrival. Highly recommend this home!

Loved it!
The pictures don’t do this place justice! The cabin is a lot larger than I expected. It’s clean, the host is very responsive, it’s well stocked with items, etc. I most definitely recommend this rental. Pick this one!

Wonderful family trip
This home met all our needs for a family with a grandson who wanted to spend a few days in the mountains. We had a lovely time - meals together, walks, visiting the area - close to restaurants and playgrounds for our grandson. Our host was gracious and the home had everything we could ask for. Would definitely visit again!

Great Home!!
The home has an amazing layout and worked perfect for a family gathering. It is a clean home that is nicely furnished. Having the 2 family rooms is a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend and would stay again myself the next time I go out to Colorado.

House was as described - good location, easy to find. Plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen dish towels all dirty, white towels/wash cloths looked like old rags - wouldn't even use them, bedspread/blanket dirty, carpets dirty/stained, walls beat up and dirty. Cleanliness is VERY important to me.
