"We have been staying in the area for over 7 years, and by far, this is the best house we have ever rented. The house is comfortable and spacious. I loved having a place to put out food in the pantry. The house was well-equipped with the essentials, like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, beach towels, etc. The pool is amazing and the views are amazing! The water was also deep enough for our boat, which has been a challenge to find down here! We had the best time and hope to return next...

"The place was perfect for our family. Our family of five fit perfectly in the connected rooms and then the grandparents stayed in the room with the king bed. Everyone was comfortable and we loved the location. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand after the beach and the house was well stocked. Overall it was a great beach stay!"

"This older home has been lovingly restored and is nicely decorated with period pieces. We felt safe having our family here, including a one year old. The rent porch was my favorite place to sit and relax. Issues that arose or questions that came up were promptly handled by the host. We enjoyed our time in Cape Charles and in this charming home. "

"We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. "

"We had an absolute blast over Memorial Day weekend! The house was the perfect getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and full of little adventures. The pier was a highlight for us. We caught 3 stingrays, 2 eels, fish, crab, and even oysters — such a fun variety that kept us on our toes!It was also such a treat to bring our dogs along and include our fur family in the fun. "My family and I just returned from cape Charles and strawberry street! The house has everything we needed for a perfect stay! A little hiccup with a lock to the shed was immediately responded to and resolved! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room for my family to spread out and also hang out!
