Peaceful cabin getaway close to Ellicottville and Holimont.

  • Beautiful all-season cabin. Sits atop a hill with it's own private pond on 4 acres of property. Main cabin is 850 sf and has full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave and coffee maker. Two queen beds, loft, full bathroom, TV, washer/drier, wood burning stove and large deck. There is a detached 400 sf mini cabin that has a queen bed, full bath, mini fridge, microwave and TV. Both cabins have heat and AC. Huge fire pit overlooking pond with cooking grill for the top. Quick 25 minute drive to Ellicottville, NY and Holiday Valley ski resort! Perfect spot for camping, hiking, hunting, winter sports, or just putting your feet up, enjoying the fire and watching the deer take an early morning drink out of the pond. TV's are WIFI capable. We have High speed internet. Both cabins are included in the rental price. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM.

Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!

Long weekend visiting my daughter.

We met my daughter for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is a beautiful with a lovely additional guest cottage. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Hidden Gem

We absolutely love this place! This is our third time and we can’t wait to come back again. We had so much fun catching all the wildlife in the pond. Super close to Ellicottville. Very pet friendly. We loved the updates the made to the cabin and really shows how much care they put into the place

We love to stay here. The property and housing are well maintained and welcoming. Perfect for sitting and reading a book as well as dinner with friends. Beautiful property.

Family Vacation

Loved the property! Was a much needed relaxing vacation for my family and I. Our 2 year old Husky loved it as well! Definitely recommend and a day trip to Letchworth State Park is only a 40 minute drive.

Amazing getaway experience!

This place was exactly as described. It was so nice to be able to watch the leaves fall and have a cozy fire when it got cold. The cabin next to the house was so nice to have a separate space but all be on site with our family. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful getaway!

Awesome getaway

This was our 5th trip to this cabin. We really love the remote area and the atmosphere. This year it seemed a little more worn and we had a minor issue but overall it’s a great place!

The last resort is our first choice!

Had a fantastic stay! This is our second visit and we will be making it an annual tradition! Wonderful private pace with a pond that has a ton of wildlife. Additional side cabin for extra guests. All ages will love this place. Super pet friendly

Fabulous Getaway

Beautiful property just as described. We had an issue with the TV and they were very responsive. We ended up wanting to stay longer and they were very accommodating and allowed us to finish out the week at the cabin. Will certainly be back again in the near future.

An unbelievable vacation for all ages

This was a beautiful cabin that was perfect for sour whole family with two dogs! An amazing pond behind the cabin with frogs which we had fun trying to catch. Took a walk around the pond everyday. Went down into town where we enjoyed food from Frankeez and Rizzos. Ellicotville is just a short 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back again!

Happy New Year!

With everything going on this year of 2020, and limitations on travel, we decided to try something different this year. We decided to have a staycation within the home state and within a few hours of home. We decided to start the new year quietly and with just our family. We found this listing and it looked fantastic. The photos and description were on point. The property is out of the way, quiet and beautiful. The middle of winter and the great windows overlooking the lake and woods set the perfect setting for a fire in the stove and time together. With a full kitchen, plenty of sleeping space and wood for the fire, the stay was great. The proximity to Ellicottville gave us plenty of time to ski, shop and eat in the local restaurants over a few days. It was a great way to celebrate the new year in a warmth, comfort and ideal setting. We look forward to revisiting.

Great secluded getaway

We stayed recently with our adult children for a weekend ski trip. This was our second visit to the cabins and we enjoyed it as much this time as our previous visit. It's about a 20 to 25 minute drive from Holiday Valley, so not a bad drive. The cabins are in a wooded setting down a long drive, so the location is very private. With fresh snow, the scenery was beautiful and absolutely serene. The only caution I would provide is to make sure that you have a vehicle that handles the snow well - AWD or 4WD preferrably. For this trip we rented a 12 passenger van so that we wouldn't have to drive 2 cars. On our first morning when leaving to ski, we were stuck in the driveway and couldn't make it up the slight incline of the driveway. Finally, with the help of a little kitty litter and everyone pushing, we got the van out. From then on, we parked at the end of the drive and walked (probably about a 100 yards or so). All in all though, we enjoyed the weekend and would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I have stayed at this place about 6 times in the fall. We all love it especially the campfires and they also supply the wood which is great. We will be back in the fall.

Serene location

Beautiful property. Pond, fire pit and cabin were great- well maintained. The bedroom in the additional cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely property. 4 acres were great for privacy and room for dogs.

Peaceful getaway

The cabin and surroundings were perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy life. Did the short drive to Ellicottville for dinner. Were able to let our pups swim and explore freely which we love. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue was satellite dish TV box in guest house could not get a signal. By the way the guest house was as beautiful as the main house. Cannot wait to book again in the future.

A wonderful escape to the woods!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this cabin - waking up in the morning to that pond view with the crackle of the wood stove was everything we wanted and more! Information to get here was clear and helpful. Taking a walk around the pond with our dog in the morning was a treat. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful getaway for families
