"Plenty of room to rest and play. Awesome location with tons to do for all of the guests. Pool was fantastic after a long day at the beach. Pool area was a great gathering space for a large crowd. Great views from the balconies and a short walk across the street to the ocean. Never had parking problems even on a busy Summer weekend. Beds were comfortable and kitchens well stocked. "

"Overall the property is really nice there are a few touches that need to be touched up which as the shower head where the ac unit is on the wall needs to be touched up and repainted and a couple pieces of trim but we enjoyed our stay greatly."

"My husband and 2 little dogs loved this house! Pool and back patio was very nice!Back patio is fully fenced in so we felt safe with the dogs off leash.Beds were comfortable. Decor modern. Plenty of space for us!We had all necessities needed.Everything is very close to either eat or shop.Beach is right across street. Not crowded.We absolutely loved our stay!"

"I think it’s a really nice place but just a little over priced. The bathroom is super small and the bed is very hard and uncomfortable including the pillows. The pictures can be a little misleading , not all rooms have an ocean view. Everything was clean and the manager and cleaners are very kind and take amazing care of the building."

"Our stay was amazing! We needed a quick little get away to relax and rewind and we got just that. Neither one of us have been to Jacksonville Beach before and it did not disappoint!! The house was very clean, quiet and cozy. Our only regret was not getting a room with a balcony but the outdoor setting allowed us to still be able to catch the sunrise with coffee each morning.I had a couple of questions during our stay and the Nomad Hospitality Team replied in a timely matter. We will be back!...
