    Fully equipped kitchen, luxury sheets and towels.
    Quiet peaceful park like setting, with rocking and eating covered porch.
    we are 15 min. to Franklin 35 Min to Highlands. Tessentee Farm Wedding Venue is 1/4 mile, as is the Bartram Trail Head.

    We are surrounded by numerus hiking trails, water falls, and magnificent views.
    Other attractions include two local brewery's, gem mines the Greenway River Walk, many lakes, white water rafting, and family zip line.
    Owners are close by for any of your needs. we want you to enjoy what we enjoy every day.

Everything was as described on VRBO, Sam& Mike were great host. The property is beautiful,peaceful, and a quiet area close to Dillard , Highlands and many small towns for browsing. Their home was very well equipped ( along with fresh baked muffins) on our arrival. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit and we hope to return in the fall.

We were thrilled with this hiuse and its beautiful setting. Sam was a wonderful host, and his home was inviting, peaceful, and immaculately clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Sam Mike and Tucker were all great host. Loved the quiet and relaxing view from the porch and surrounding property grounds. Great location for us to explore, but also to relax.Do not miss out on this "Guest House" as it and the host were all great. Its the little things!

We have stayed twice and for this visit the owners welcomed us back with flowers and a bottle of wine. The house is curated just as thoughtfully with all the small touches that make your stay perfect. We love the peacefulness of the property and the kindness of the owners.

The BEST!!!!

This is by far the best VRBO experience we have had. Mike and Sam make you feel like you are at home when you stay at their guest house. The wine and homemade muffins were so good and thoughtful. I cannot say enough about the entire property. We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful location, close to lots of charming towns

Great place to stay to hike and shop in local towns in NC and GA. Very clean and relaxing location. Beautiful property and nice owners who check in to make sure all is well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cutest little cabin - super clean and well appointed. Owners are so super nice and made us feel welcome, even left us a tasty treat at check in!Would have loved a full length mirror and taller hook to hang a long dress from, but those missing things definitely did not take away from the house or our stay. Just personal needs is all. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

Great Place to Visit

The house is always clean and neat. The owner's attention to detail and knowledge of the local area is amazing. If relaxation is your goal this is the place to be. We will continue to visit in the future.

Fantastic summer at the cottage.

The cottage and location is even better than advertised. The owners couldn't have been nicer and more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

2nd time stay, still wonderful!

Love the location and respite from the heat of Hilton Head. Our Black Labrador was in doggie heaven with the cool mountain air and fields of grass to roll and romp in. Great front porch to relax on with an adult beverage, and Mike & Sam are great hosts. We will be back!

Relaxed, watched deer, enjoyed serenity.

This is a first class property, from the beautiful property to the fantastic decor and quality of a perfectly appointed cabin. This was our second stay and I know it won’t be our last! Sam and Mike are fantastic hosts!

Delightful

Sam and Mike are very welcoming and responsive to any need, including at 10pm when the smoke alarm sounds. The house is comfortable and the setting is peaceful and beautiful.

The Relaxation Zone

The house was comfortable and well appointed. The property was amazing. It was very spacious and the views were like a postcard. Our dog loved wandering. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. Want to return soon.

Yes indeed "private, quiet, peaceful"! Beyond spotless clean and the grounds well manicured, several peaceful seating areas. Easy 2 lane road [dead end past house] approach. Sam and Mike were attentive hosts with a service mindset. well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, interesting antique furniture. isolated but close enough to Franklin-kayaking, breweries, river greenway walk. Expansive grass and trees grounds for a dog and renters to wander. We'll be back!

Our relaxing visit

When we arrived at the cottage, we were thrilled with the location, the curb appeal, and the friendly greeting from one of the owners. The property is immaculate and on entry to the cottage we were, again, beyond happy. The decor, the accommodations, the furniture were so beautiful, comfortable and well thought out. Our daily visits from Tucker just made Newt, my dog, so happy. We had a delightful, relaxing visit And definitely hope to return soon.

Business trip that turned out to be magical....

Mike and Same are amazing property owners/managers. The attention to detail is superb. We highly recommend this property, if for no other reason, than to meet Tucker. He is just a delight
