We are close enough to make for a quick commute to all of the Texas A&M football, baseball and basketball games. The property is just a few miles from "The Ranch" baseball complex making this an ideal location for travel ball and little league get togethers. The Franklin Drive-Thru Safari is just minutes away from property. We are just less than an hour away from Baylor University and the Magnolia Market in Waco.
