Studies shows that being near a body of water promotes mental health and happiness. So come relax in spacious fenced-in, water- facing yard, while listening to the birds chirping and waves crashing into the rocks. Then enjoy a cold beverage while telling jokes around the fire pit with friends and family to close out the night. Equipped with plenty of activities to do while staying at the property or venture off to into bordering towns to experience hiking/biking trails, shopping, delectable restaurants, breweries and more- this place can give you the peaceful water escape you desire or help create ever lasting memories with family and friends. P.S we are now opening our booking dates for the fall & winter. Take in the colors of the reds, oranges and yellow leaves during VT's most beloved season or catch yourself a few fish in the cold!



Important information before booking: Like most bodies of water locally, we do periodically have algae blooms. There is no way to control or predict them. We are more than willing to suggest clean bodies of water to enjoy close by if that problem arises during your stay. This is a natural occurrence and we will not give refunds if this occurs. The area is still beautiful and has plenty of options for fun and adventures otherwise.
