Es un hotel cómodo y muy cercano al aeropuerto, no hay ruido de aviones y tiene una temperatura agradable. Quiero felicitar a la gerente del restaurante Camille por su actitud de servicio y porque es la mejor persona que nos tocó conocer en Alemania. Es el claro ejemplo de lo que debe ser un Gerente. Felicidades Camille!!!

No me dieron lo que yo compré! Yo pague por hotel 5 estrellas y me hospedaron en hotel 3 estrellas, el hotel donde me hospedaron estaba bien pero no fue lo que se contrato

Es un hotel triste, una súper infraestructura, sin vida, no limpiaron la habitación, perdí la limpieza y no cambiaron las toallas , los vasos y tasa las dejan sin cambiarlas. He utilizado el hotel en el pasado pero, ahora está muy mal llevado.

Es un gran hotel para una noche antes de un vuelo, estupendo restaurante a pasos de la terminal todo por dentro, no hay que salir al exterior para ir o venir de la terminal aeropuertaria.

Okay stay but could be better
I had a layover in Frankfurt airport so the hotel is nicely located for that purpose. The service was unfriendly and cold. The room was okay but a bit dirty. Otherwise okay experience.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Terminal 1. Zur Sicherheitskontrolle sind wir vielleicht 8 min. gelaufen. Schön trocken IM Flughafen und ohne Koffer, denn die haben wir beim Vorabend Check in (bei Eurowings- auch nur 10 min. vom Hotel entfernt) bereits abgegeben. Das Frühstück war weltklasse. Man kann sich eine Kaffeespezialität seiner Wahl bestellen und ein Omlett wird einem an den Tisch gebracht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Badewanne im Winter ein Traum. Das Hotel war zudem natürlich sehr sauber und komfortabel. 5 von 5 Sternen!
