This is a sweet home that offers nice space. The one thing that was challenging for us is the height of ceilings, but that’s because my husband is 6’8 and my son is 6’11. I am 5’9 and fit under the ceiling fans without any problems, while my husband walked into them a few times. The one nice thing is my son being 6’11 could see the tops of the blades and said they were cleanThe kitchen was huge and we spent time in there putting a puzzle together and have play time with our 2 1/2 year old grandson. He loved the long hallway coming from the kitchen to the living room. The living room was cozy and we loved having the recliner couch that was beautiful along with another comfortable love seat. The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. There was a bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom with shower. The room was large, but we did not need to use it. The shower was great with good water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked. We felt very comfortable at this home.

House was exactly as described and pictured! One of the best updated homes we’ve had with VRBO! Extremely clean! For an older home the water pressure was actually very strong. Obviously beds are very subjective, however, the larger first floor bedroom is the most comfortable rental mattress I’ve ever laid on! My only caution for this home is for anyone with scent sensitivity: the air fresheners and laundry detergent used on towels is fairly strong. Did not bother us at all, but thought it would be worth mentioning to anyone that would have this type of concern.

The home is in a great location with Buffalo Trace close by as well as shopping and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable as will as the couch in the family room. The coffee station in the kitchen was great with a maker as well as K cup maker. The kitchen was big with lots of cabinets and counter space. House was very responsive with questions. I would recommend this home.

We were looking for a property that was centrally located between Louisville, Frankfort, and Lexington. This was the perfect location. The home has been updated and was very welcoming. The coffee bar is awesome! Had everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the BBQ one day for dinner. The air conditioning kept us cool.Communication with the property owner was great, always received a very quick response. If we're in the area again, would 100% stay here.

Great place - Better than pictures show

Great location, convenient, very clean, has everything you may need for your stay. The interior appears to have been very recently remodeled. Pictures do not show the outdoor table and chairs nor the gas grill. Nice place.

Great Bourbon Getaway Spot

We used this property for home base for our bourbon trail trip. It’s super conveniently located for all of the Frankfort-area distilleries. The house itself is very large, with a huge and well stocked kitchen and a very large living room with really nice recliner couches. It was perfect for ending the evening watching tv, eating pizza, and drinking bourbon while reclining back with our legs up. We would absolutely stay here again.
