The Hoagie House has two full bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and one with a spacious shower, providing plenty of space for everyone to refresh after a day of adventure.


The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, and the coffee area includes a Keurig and a 12-cup coffee maker. There is an orange crusher, an electric griddle, crab mallets, a tea kettle, and wine glasses. We love to cook, so we've equipped the kitchen with the tools and cookware we'd want in our own vacation home.

The cozy gas fireplace creates a warm atmosphere during cooler months, while central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable throughout the summer.

Enjoy meals, games, morning coffee, or a good book in the sunny enclosed sunroom overlooking the property.

Located just a short drive from Bethany Beach, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and local attractions, this canal-front retreat offers the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and coastal fun.
