FANTASTIC HOME
This house is beautiful! The furniture is very tasteful and in mint condition and and we loved the beachy decor. The kitchen is very well stocked - has everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom and bath are just that - The Masters of the house. The master walk-in closet has more than enough room for clothes, suitcases, extra stuff, etc. Three of the five bedrooms did not have dressers. They did have nightstands which were somewhat sufficient for our needs. As well, the Twin/Full bedroom upstairs did not have a dresser or a closet. Fortunately there was only one family member in this room so they were able to lay their clothes out on the extra bed. The outside grill area/patio did not have the 2 chairs as depicted in the listing picture, but the gas tank was full. The owner provided 12 very nice beach chairs and a new freezer in the 2-car garage. We were able to easily park all 4 cars in the garage and in the driveway. The enclosed porch was a huge plus which is one of the reasons we chose this house. However, it was installed after the development was built and when the sprinklers went off half of the nights we were there, they caused water to shoot halfway into the porch at night. This was disappointing as we had to move inside. Installing a pull-down shade may help. We also recommend getting dressers at least for the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The owner was extremely attentive and we would definitely rent this home again.
