The rental property was very nice and large enough for the 7 adults + 3 kids in our group. The ground floor has the garage (with ping pong table), a queen sized bed room, a room with bunk beds and a full bath. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and powder room. The third floor has the master suite (king size bed) with en suite and two bedrooms (both double beds) that share a full bath. There was a bike in the garage, beach toys, beach umbrella and beach chairs.
Being a first time vrbo user I probably should have asked more questions. I was disappointed to learn when we arrived that there were no bath towels , no toilet paper, no trash bags, no bar soap, no napkins and no paper towels. All things that if I had known about I could have brought with me instead of rushing out to purchase.
And then that first evening we discovered that the tv in the main living area only got reception on a single channel. Don't know what was wrong, and the owner was unable to get it fixed during our stay. Also, we had to email the owner to get the internet password.
I think it would be easier for the guest if there was an information packet in the condo-how to operate the tv, what the password is, what the expectations were on checking out (what do we do with the key, the sheets, etc). We received an email the morning of our departure on how the condo should be when we left (sheets in bag by front door, all dishes put away, beds made) -it would have been nice to know that in advance.
All of the things that I think were lacking can easily be "fixed" by providing the renters with more information. I would visit this property again (if the tv was working) because I now know what to expect.
