My sisters and I stayed for a quick get away trip over the weekend. Lots of space in the livingroom for hanging out and large kitchen table for games. I could actually tell the bedding was washed since it actually smelled clean. The hot tub was so NICE. It snowed before we arrived so it was a little difficult to figure out how far into the driveway we could pull up to. It did end up melting a bit so we were able to pull up more. I will say the kitchen has cooking ware but the pans arent huge so if you are cooking big meals, be cautious. We had to use a pot instead of a pan since all the pans were too small. No biggie though since we could still cook. There is one measuring cup that we could find. Its just a cup or half cup measurment. We couldnt find one that had all the measurements on it. Over all the property and experience was great. I would highly suggest staying here. It's a very authentic old new england home

A few things to mention. 1. Check in at 4 is a little late for a check out at 10 am. Your sign that says “sleep in” seemed like a cruel joke with the list of chores. 2. Toilet paper was too thin3. Install a fan in the bathroom 4. Get better pillows5. I’ve traveled across North and central America staying at vrbo’s. Your coffee station is severely lacking compared to a “normal” place. Overall pretty clean and nice

Host was great. House was clean and in a good location (close to several ski mountains). The house would really benefit from a jacket and boot/shoe cubby area and a few new mattresses. Overall happy with the house and amenities.

Good number of sleeping spaces. Good kitchen setup. One of the futons had some dirt on it. Could not find the second remote for the TV. Hot tub smelled musty and thus ultimately did not use it. Also was not aware that there would be people upstairs above us.

Adorable home in the White Mountains! Clean and uncluttered with three nice bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area with two comfortable chairs to sit in as well. There is also a nice living room with ample seating for a family. The backyard is the perfect size for a vacation and had a nice fire pit that we enjoyed in the evenings. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay in this home and was super clean and well-maintained. The hosts of this home are very kind and super responsive to messages. We’d definitely choose this home again if we return to the area. Franconia was perfectly situated for our activities in the White Mountains and everything was easy to get to. My adult children and I had a great time in the area and having this home to return to after a busy day was what made our trip very memorable - it was close enough to everything to limit our driving but also provided us a place to get away from others and relax. We were super sad to leave!!

Conveniently located and clean unit.

Check-in was contactless and easy, parking was plentiful on property, and house was clean/well stocked with games and kitchen equipment. Located close to many beautiful hikes and fun towns. Only negatives included the host’s requirement of a refundable security deposit, as well as supplemental insurance through VRBO, and the host’s requirement of laundering all towels prior to departure to avoid an additional 25 charge. Overall nice property and communicative hosts!

Not "Entire home" - but great stay!

Note: Listing comes up as "Entire home", but it's 2 units (1 per floor)! That being said, we were fortunate enough to not have to share the property during our stay.We found it to be a great location, quiet, whilst being close to 93 with quick access access to restaurants and shops in Littleton.

Great place all around

We loved our stay at this spacious house close to Cannon Mountain.the room set up, and the large kitchen/eating area were perfect for our family. Coming home to a hot tub and a drier after skiing all day were the absolute perks!
