"Communication with the homeowner was excellent! She really cares about the experience the renter is having rather than just the income generated from the rental. "The house was very nice and clean. It is well stocked for all kinds of situations. I had a family gathering and this home was wonderful. I thought I had enough life jackets for all but I was one short and there just happen to be an extra in the ski room. The kids and adults enjoyed jumping off the dock into the water. The fire pit was great to get everyone calmed down so they could watch a movie and go to bed. The only thing we did not get to try was making some popcorn so hopefully next...

Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response. "We had an amazing stay at the Nest. We rented it to have just a little more space for our family, who also stayed on the property at the Goodwell. The Nest was a newly renovated space for two with all of the amenities we needed to enjoy time together. We enjoyed the Keurig, puzzles, cards, binoculars and the very thoughtful brownies from a local bakery upon arrival! Thank you for a relaxing and memorable vacation!"
