Unfortunately this review was posted because the guest did not like the mattress. We invested over 30K in new matresses for the Inn. We sought out a consultant and bought the best. Not everyone though has the same taste for how their bed should be. We do everything we can to make the Inn a home away from home. A place where you can relax and enjoy. It is also important to note that when booking a room you read and look at what you booked. This guest booked a room with a shared bathroom and was not happy when we did not have another room to move them too. We have 13 rooms, all descriptions are on our website - very clear which rooms have private and shared bathrooms. Please read and know what you have booked before you come. We are saddened by such review and each time we try very hard to do our best for our guests.

Not sure what the issue was. These woman arrived having booked room 11 on third floor. We upgraded them to 1st floor king room, we brought in their heavy luggage for them and made accommodations. Eileen please call me so i can understand what was not to your satisfaction
