    Open the door & hear the sound of the sea, 2 minute walk to forest reserve , Play Cricket or football ,10 minute walk for your morning coffee at Ocean Beach Eatery, Or stay inside & lock out the winter with a cosy heat pump or light the wood burner & curl up & read your favourite book, 5 minutes walk to surf beach through the forestry walk. Wake up to the birdsong of the Tui`s & Kerereu in your back yard eating the flowers on the bottle brush tree, Forestry walks & reserve on your doorsteps .Walk through the sand dunes to the ocean beach. 10 minute walk to Foxton Beach`s iconic pump track bring the kids bikes. 5 minute drive to the Estuary for safe swimming. The property is all inclusive with Linen & towels & can sleep 6 x adults (Double Bunk Bed in Kids room ) or 4 x Adults (2 x Queen Beds ) & up to 4 x children , Beautiful property with lovely outdoor spaces & enclosed decking if required to seek solace from the heat. Swing Ball & other games for kids incl scooter for use. 4 Burner BBQ under enclosed back deck for your use. ( Stop Press # We have now 3 x Kids bikes for the exclusive use of our guests 1 x to suit 4-8 year olds & 1 x suit 8-12 year olds and one for 14 year olds. Note # Under Kiwi Batch tradition you are required to keep the house clean & wash your dishes( Dishwasher provided ) on your day of departure & remove your own rubbish, Please also respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a sensible minimum.( Please note we have a security camera on the front of the property to give security over the driveway .)

Second time staying here, once again it feels like a home away from home.We absolutely love this holiday home, so close to walk everywhere, but on a lovely quite street. Walking over the sand dunes, fishing, long walks along the beach and just relaxing.Colin and. Jackie as much awesome hosts too

Everything about this property was excellent, a super big ✔️. Loved the quite location, walk though the sand dunes to the beach, the house itself awesome. Would highly recommend, foxton beach amazing. We cant wait to stay again.

Fantastic Time

A wonderful stay. Couldn't ask for better. Four adults and 3 grand children. The beach, the bush, the park, bikes to use. A lovely 'home', ideal for a large family stay. Thank you so much.

Relaxing Family Haven

We spent 5 nights here over Christmas as a family with a toddler. It was a perfect property for our needs, we enjoyed plenty of coffees and meals in the outdoor area, and our toddler enjoyed running all around the section. The adults also thoroughly enjoyed the swingball set! A very comfortable, clean and spacious property, set up really well for families. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

Lovely simple place to stay, clean and tidy.

Comfortable stay, lovely, clean and tidy. Wifi access and Netflix helped heaps. So close to the beach and a beautiful forest walk. Good communication with owners. Very much enjoyed.

Foxton Beach break

We had a great time. The house is in a quieter street of Foxton. Very clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Nice deck and lawn out the back. The walk through the nearby sand dunes to the beach was really nice too. I would recommend this house.

Love this place!

This property is spacious, clean and modern with a fantastic garden for the kids to run around in. Loved having the bikes and scooter to use. We will definitely be back!

A brief break away

Located in a quiet street. Well thought out for what was provided, a selection of books, games, puzzles. Kitchen well equiped with appliances and utensils etc. Everything was clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay and would definetly be back.

Lovely Labour Weekend

Lovely and quiet family orientated property. Plenty to do and not enough time to do it. Nice and close to dunes and beach, open grassed areas etc. Well appointed kitchen, with everything you need to cook like you're at home. Thanks again.

Friend and family fun time

The property is immaculate and well maintained. The photography do not do it justice. We had a lovely stay, made us of the bike tracks and sand dunes, ate well, pushed board games and relaxed. Just what we all needed. Thanks

Beautifully clean and spacious

We had a lovely short stay here. Photos don’t do the immaculate, spacious house justice. We really appreciated the log fire was all ready to be lit when we got in late. Thanks for the extra kids bike to use, it meant we could all bike together through the forest across the road. We’ll be back in summer!

Oceania Orienteering Champs

two couples in Foxton to compete in the Oceania Orienteering Championships.The property suited our purposes perfectly..Access was easy as per the instructions and everything spotless.Such appliances as we used worked well.Overall very happy with our stay. Our only tiny comment is that the shower was very economical for water usage. and a bit tricky to set the temperature. Would be very happy to return if we are in the area again.

Week at the beach

Had an amazing 6 nights at this beautiful property with my family of 8. Everything was so clean and nicely presented. Had all the information we needed to get settled. Even had a scooter which the kids loved using at the skate park and a swing ball set which created great house competition. Would totally recommend. Easy check in and communication. Waking up to birds each morning with breakfast onthe deck was bliss. Close to the beach and everything we needed. Thanks again.
