Muy decepcionado.
Las condiciones del hote estan terribles. La puerta del,cuarto se atoraba, las cortinas estaban rotas, las almohadas terribles y las piernas todas picadas por bed bugs. La comida del restaurante terriblemente mala.

We take pest complaints very seriously and have had our entire hotel inspected for bed bugs and nothing was found. We came in just for a night during school vacation for a change of scenery & specifically to use the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was shut down for maintenance for over 1/2 the time we were checked-in, which made it a bummer to spend almost $200/night when we just came from down the road in Norwood.

The woman who checked me in was not pleasant. She didnt tell me how to get to the room. She handed me my room key and walked away. Also, i requested a high floor and the accommodation said it was input. Looks like they couldnt accomodate for my husbands 30th birthday. bummer!

Wedding event held at the hotel and stayed two nights. Great reception area and wedding, dinning space. Very modern and clean and decorate for the winter holidays. Staff friendly and available. Room comfortable and large and very clean. Slept well, didn’t hear other guests.

I'll be back..!
Attended an Association event at a venue at Patriots Place. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. Parking was easy. The bar was busy, but very well staffed. My snack and beverage were served promptly. My room was great with the slight exception of the oddly dim lighting. No reading in bed that night...Check out was quick and I was on my way. Great experience.
