Ideally located in the village of Fowey with pubs, restaurants and sandy beach at Ready Money Cove. From the quay in Fowey you can hire a historic 1940’s boat, take a steamboat river trip or just relax at one of the waterfront pubs or cafes. Take a trip over to the seaside village of Polruan or a little further afield visit Mevigissey on the small ferry, an attractive old town with galleries, cafes, pubs and working harbour. For the walkers amongst you there are countless beaches and coastal paths, all within easy reach.

Stepping inside the property you will find the lounge with comfortable seating, wood burner and TV/DVD, the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. From here step through to the stylish open-plan kitchen/diner, a great social space to prepare and enjoy a family meal, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Enjoy your meal around the dining table with seating for six , whilst the Bose sound system plays your favourite tunes. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the first of the two bedrooms. The first is a king-size with views across the town, down to the riverside, the second is the spacious twin. Completing this floor is the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC with views of Fowey . Heading upstairs to the second floor, completing the accommodation, you will find a further king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside from the kitchen you will find a small terrace area that runs along the back of the cottage with views across the town towards the church and river perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
