"We booked this property due to its proximity to our daughter who lives in the area and the fact that it allowed dogs. The location was great - we could get downtown quickly and easily. It is on a busy road, but that did not bother us. The fenced backyard is great and the screened in porch is wonderful. Landon was a cordial host (and we appreciated his coffee cup humor). The home does need some TLC - the transition piece from kitchen to living area was broken and a tripping hazard, some blinds...

"Clean and convenient to the hospital and family members. Had a small issue getting in initially but worked that out. House had everything we needed. Appreciated the you tube tv account so we did not have to worry about figuring out streaming otherwise."

Unfortunately, the internet did not work for the majority of our stay, and because some of us were from other countries, internet costs became quite high to purchase data. The host cited a service outage but did not otherwise communicate the status of that outage with us or try to rectify the situation. One day, we saw a cockroach appear from the master bedroom, which was a bit disconcerting. "
