"Even though we weren't really in the house much it was still a great place to rest at the end of the night"

"House was great, meet our needs. It did get hot in the room upstairs but the outside temps in the high 90's so it was to be expected. Host was great checking to make sure we got in alright. Would stay here again if we visit Indy again"

"I booked this property a year ago, so this was my second stay here. That should be enough to tell you how lovely the house, the neighborhood, and the owner are. If I had anything negative to say, it had a slight pet odor (I think pets aren’t allowed) when I first walked in, but nothing a little for Febreze couldn’t take care of. I will most likely book this same property next year on my annual visit."

"Perfect location and great communication with home owner. Any problems and they would respond almost instantly. Beyond satisfied with everything you would want in a property for a stay away from your home. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area, wanting a quiet get away that’s still close to most activities."

"We came for a family wedding and had a great stay! Home is cozy and centrally located to all of our plans. Our grandchildren loved playing in the back yard and playing Pac Man in the loft. Everything we needed was there. The host was fantastic to work with and very attentive. Checkout rules were simple and easy to follow. Thank you for a great weekend!"

"The upstairs has stains all over the floors, several closets had old bedding, used dirty clothing stuffed in it. Items left from previous visits in the refrigerator. Overall a hotel would have had a more professional look for us. "
