Canyon House is equipped with smart locks at both the front and side doors for easy, contactless entry. Your access code will be provided prior to check-in and will work at either entrance.

If parking in the driveway, the side door is the most convenient entrance to the home.

Guests have private access to the home during their stay.

🅿️ Free Parking

Free parking is available directly at the property. The private driveway can accommodate approximately 2–3 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. No vehicle registration is required.

Additional free street parking is also available. Please keep in mind that street parking is public and not reserved for the property, so you may occasionally see other vehicles parked along the street or directly in front of the home.

We’re here to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible! While the space is set up for easy self-check-in, we’re always available via the Airbnb app if you need anything — whether it’s recommendations, assistance, or quick questions.

The Canyon House is located in an established urban Fort Worth neighborhood just minutes from Downtown. The area offers a mix of residential homes and city surroundings, making it a convenient home base for exploring Fort Worth. Guests will enjoy easy access to Downtown, the Fort Worth Convention Center, Magnolia Avenue, the Stockyards, TCU, restaurants, entertainment, and major highways.

As with many neighborhoods close to a downtown area, the surroundings are more urban and active than suburban. We encourage guests to review the map and location prior to booking to make sure the area is the right fit for their stay.

🏡 House Rules

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties or events. Violations may result in a $1,000 fee and termination of the reservation.
• No third-party bookings. The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property.
• Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.
• No smoking of any kind indoors, including cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, or the burning of incense. Evidence of smoking may result in a $500 cleaning fee and/or termination of the stay without refund.

🔔 Exterior Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, the home has 6 exterior security cameras. There are doorbell cameras at the front and side entrances, as well as 4 ADT cameras monitoring the exterior sides of the property.

There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

🐾 No Pets or Animals

Pets and animals are not permitted at the property. Unauthorized animals may result in a $150 additional cleaning/violation fee.
