While the location was nice and the home itself was spacious and clean, we had several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the towel racks in 2 of the bathrooms were falling off the walls. The garage door wouldn't close after we opened it the first time. The Internet was not working properly, and the remote for the ceiling fan in the kids room would not work either. We also realized after the first evening, the heater for the home was not working.The one silver lining to the property was the responsiveness of the manager. We alerted them of all the issues and they were able to fix most of them. Overall the stay was okay. The house is great for kids and has enough rooms/bathrooms for the whole family. The backyard is spacious and the hot tub was a nice treat. However, for the amount of additional requirements from the managing company during the booking process, we were very disappointed with the status of the property.
