I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful apartment. During the day, it’s a beautiful, sweet city street with coffee shops, hotels, and trendy restaurants. Late at night, however… the street definitely finds its personality. Bars stay open, and there are plenty of nuisance noises—loud cars driving by with music blasting, revving engines, parties spilling out of bars, and people enthusiastically announcing their exit to the entire neighborhood. This goes on until well after 2:00 in the morning (the city that never sleeps… or at least not this block). That said, with a security code to get in, another for the elevator and stairway, and one more for the front door, I felt very secure—like I was unlocking levels in a video game just to get to bed. Being on the top floor helped, and despite the noise outside, I didn’t feel unsafe at all. I stayed by myself and felt completely comfortable inside. The apartment itself was well maintained with a cool, modern feel. The kitchen was great, and the bed was ultra soft—honestly, hard to leave in the morning. I did try the sound machine on the nightstand one night, and it seemed to help… although the water sounds had me waking up a few times for, well, obvious reasons.

We had to move our vehicle by 7am on checkout day, upon return our front entry code no longer worked. The contact the owner section on the VRBO website no longer worked and our texts had been erased. Building management had to let us in.

Absolutely Perfect!!

We used this wonderful place as a Bridal Suite for our destination microwedding and it could not have been more perfect! The location was ideal for my bridal party’s getting ready celebrations, it was spacious and comfortable, and my new husband and I spent a luxurious and comfortable wedding weekend! When there was a minor problem with the bathroom, the owners were immediately on it with excellent staff and sensitivity to the urgency of the matter. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

This loft is Wonderful! It is in a historical building in a perfect location in downtown Fort Worth. Easy access to everything including multiple restaurants, beer gardens , shopping and entertainment all very close by. The free parking on the weekend was easy and accessible. If you choose the garage route, it’s just behind the building and can be seen from the window of the loft. Very safe very easy. Everything is just as pictured. Very nice touches inside including a list of local recommendations. The Fort Worth zoo and the stockyards are within 4 miles of the loft. Again, an easy drive or Uber. We highly recommend going to both. There was a minor building issue while we were there. Since Kress is a historical building that was not surprising and was not a big deal for us. Communication to and from the owner was swift and the issue was resolved quickly. We will absolutely be back to the area and will want to stay here again. You won’t be disappointed!

So to start out… if you’re looking for a place in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, you found it! I arrived at the location about 8 o’clock at night and received instructions of how to access the loft department during the day. I was able to enter the building and get into the apartment without any issues. The apartment was clean and furnished with great taste! This property went above and beyond my expectations and I would happily book again whenever staying in the downtown Fort Worth area!

Vrbo continues to impress with its variety of properties, and this recent stay was no exception. The location was truly outstanding, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Awesome spot!

The listing did say early check in could be requested. We did ask ahead of time when we booked the property but we weren’t able to, which was tricky because we were driving in from Wyoming. But, the property manager was great with communication and the property was very cute and clean! Great location

No question unanswered

Will was a gracious host, leaving no question unanswered. The directions were detailed and he even gave a listing of things to do and restaurants in the area. The coffee station was a great bonus and the studio is exactly what is pictured online, but bigger in person. The location is ideal and you are in walking distance to everything. I would definitely visit again.
