The spacious backyard and amenities are shared among all three units — ideal for enjoying the outdoors or hanging out with friends and family. The driveway is also shared among the 3 units. Pets must be registered in the reservation, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them—especially in the shared backyard. Failure to report pets will result in a $500 penalty. • Parties or Large Gatherings: This is a quiet, family-friendly property. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted. • Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available in each unit. Guests must log into their own accounts. If you forget to log out, we’ll take care of it after checkout. • No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Backyard Maintenance: The shared outdoor space, including the hot tub and picnic area, is professionally maintained. However, as an outdoor feature, it’s normal to find leaves or minor debris in or around the hot tub between cleanings. This does not indicate poor cleanliness—our team ensures regular maintenance and proper chemical balance for your safety and comfort. • Landscaping: Lawn care is performed once a week. • Security Cameras: Two outdoor cameras are installed for security—one at the front of the property and one overlooking the shared yard. There are no cameras inside any of the units. • House Rule Violations: May result in cancellation of the reservation, no refunds, and loss of any deposit. • Pest Control: Pest control service is scheduled monthly. While rare, you may occasionally see outdoor insects such as ants, spiders, or beetles inside due to the garden areas. These are harmless, and we’ll gladly assist if needed. • Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available in each unit. There is no cable TV service. • No Drugs or Illegal Substances: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to authorities. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of drug use is found.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.

The rooms were clean, the apartment was easy to find and there was convenient access to a lot of areas of interest in the Fort Worth locale. The kitchen was well-stocked with commonly needed utensils.The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Overall, it was a good choice for a place to stay while exploring Fort Worth. The owners were very patient with some of the challenges I had with getting my payment to go through, and went above and beyond in assisting as much as they could.

Cozy getaway with a place for dogs to play
We enjoyed the comfort of this little flat. It’s well-appointed and especially appreciated the yard where our dogs could safely stretch their legs and play. We used the hot tub one night while staying and it was a nice added bonus!

Once we opened the door with easy check-in access to 1 of 3 apartments. The listed apartment was exactly as pictured. Two bedrooms, W/D, fenced property was what we appreciated while visiting FW. We encountered a slight issue with the smoke detector and though the hour was late at night. H & H helped us with the issue, and their availablility was an elevated perk.We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. Will stay again if we are in the area again.(No picture of the outside/front of the property was available - luckily a family was renting one of the other units and verified it was the place.)
