LONG REVIEW!!!!Won’t stay here ever again for starters communication with the host was beyond terrible the customer service team seen how many times I’ve tried reaching out and wasn’t getting a response so like 3 days before my trip I called again and finally he answers so I explained my reasoning of contacting him and he gets an attitude with me saying I’ll have my agent to contact you back and hangs up.. yeah so it’s literally the day of my trip still no agent contacted me no nothing i finally received check in information 3hours before check in FYI unit is on the 3rd floor and what was told to me from the neighbor that the complex has had 7 cars broken into over the past 6 days including his car they don’t have any cameras as nice as it looks so try to park under a light pole that’s what I did..Also it wasn’t NO bathroom tissue, paper towels, hand soap the shower had someone used bar soap in it the bed had dog hair all on it from the headboard to the footboard even on the sheets in the baby crib I didn’t notice that till after I layed my baby down… ugggh so agg…it wasn’t nothing there to clean off the 2 plates and 2 bowls and only very few utensils and to top it off the dog smell is very loud you can really only smell it the worst when the ac is on but it does say pet friendly if I would’ve seen that in the beginning i would’ve passed this place up…. I’ve been coming to this complex for the past couple years and I can say this is my first time leaving a review like this
