La recepcionista es muy poco amable, su actitud es descortés, alguien entró en nuestra habitación y la dejó sin cerar aparte usaron el baño, solo 1 día hubo desayuno pues los otros casi 2 hotas antes decían que ya no tenían suministros. Definitivamente no vuelvo

Exelente estancia!!
Recomiendo mucho este hotel porque está muy limpio y comodo además de estar muy bonito y cerca del Aeropuerto y a un excelente precio. En verdad uno de los mejores lugares en los que me he hospedado con mi familia.

The pool was closed and this was not advertised when reserving. This was a primary reason for choosing this hotel. Extremely disappointed.

I usually enjoy staying at this hotel but on this last trip the breakfast bar was cancelled for no reason. I asked the host about it and she said to read the sheet explaining that it was due to unseen circumstances. I then asked for a copy of my receipt and she gave me someone elses receipt.

the first morning there were only a few items at the breakfast bar and the second morning we all received a note that the breakfast bar was closed due to unseen circumstances with no explanation. I asked the host about it and she said read the paper. She wasnt very cordial. I've stayed at this hotel a few times and its always been a great experience, except for this one time. Would like some sort of discount for not having the free breakfast as advertised online.

We stayed at the hotel with kids for 3 nights. The breakfast experience was terrible. The first morning scrambled eggs and sausages were burnt and blackened. No jam or nut butter were available. Cream cheese and butter cans (one each to share with all guests) were available on first day but no cream cheese on second day. There was a bowl of what looked liked thawed and previously canned fruit mix that was even disgusting to look at. Bananas were available on first day and no fresh fruits were available for rest of the breakfasts. There were no utensils available and had to ask front desk to bring them. Only one side of the toaster oven was working. Room toilet was not flushing properly. The card reader at the swimming pool didn't work and we had to go out and come back from the front desk while wearing swimming clothes. Generally a run down property. This is the first time we had such a bad experience at Hyatt. It seems the staff and management are not trying. Will not stay there again.

I'd like to assure you that your stay was the exception to the rule, and we will be taking steps to improve upon everything listed here. I'll be speaking with maintenance regarding the room issues, as well as the pool area card reader. We have since resolved the issues with our supplier, so we won't be having any more unfortunate occurrences with breakfast. We hope you'll reconsider staying with us again in the future!

Guest rooms need to be upgraded. Not one plug-in USB port in my room. Television in my room did not have all channels available. Remote did not bring up the Guide. At times did not work at all.

The breakfast bar every morning was understaffed and ran out of food every morning. Trash everywhere, no creamer, etc. I love Htatt Place but this breakfast was the worst I've ever had with this Hotel chain. Kind of a drag to start your day that way each day...

I will never stay here again. Issues: 1: I called to advise a employee that we will be arriving late. He said no problem at all just go to the front desk. Upon check out, we were charged over one hundred dollars for late check in yet this is not mentioned anywhere neither at check in or from employee nor on their site anywhere 2: when checking in they kept charging me more than what Expedia stated. By hundreds, not a few dollars. 3: they charge your card without advising they will. They stated we would be charged JUST incidentals yet they continuously tried charging us the full amount which was still different than what Expedia said. 4: when we checked in, the person who checked us in tried giving us the key to a used room!!! And then went downstairs to then give us the correct room. 5: twenty bucks for 4 waters and 2 Gatorades is a ripoff.

We apologize for the issues with your stay. The issues with billing came down to the routing being improperly set up, and the computer running it when the day is turned over, and we take full responsibility for this error. The no show fee was never charged, however; that just appears on the bill automatically when a guest checks in after the day is turned, this was adjusted off already. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences that occurred during your stay. We hope you will stay again with us and see this stay as the exception rather than the rule.

This property was disappointing. There was no hot water, the pool was broken and out of service, no microwave, some of the lights in our room didn’t work, a huge massive red stain in front of the couch, and the mirror was broken.

The hotel would have been a lot better had there had been a microwave in the room. Also, the bed in the room was lumpy.

Such a nice stay! Everything was very clean, beds were very comfy, and room was spacious enough for my 2 year old and 5 year old to have room to roam around and not feel cramped! Everyone was very friendly as well! Only critique is the shower curtain was on a u shaped rod so it didn’t stay closed well and the floor ended up wet every shower but that was manageable. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!
