Había cucarachas en mi cuarto, las toallas tenían un olor a sucio. Yo ordené un Suite de 2 cuartos y sólo me dieron uno, no me quisieron cambiar de cuarto y tampoco me permitieron cancelar. No fue justo y estoy muy molesto e inconforme.

We have completed refurbishing all of the guest rooms with new furniture and fittings throughout. In the last two years since taking over this property we have not had a single complaint of insect infestation. from any guest.During Spring Break we have had close to 100% occupancy without any other complaint about the linen and terry.The two room suites have been converted to family rooms with two queen beds in one room and a king bed in the other. I cannot evict guests from a room that they are occupying to accomodate another guest. When we have guests who book through a third party we always advise them to contact the third part for last minute cancellations.I regret any inconvenience.

Tuvimos muy buena estancia, el único detalle fue que un día no pudieron hacer la limpieza de la habitación por falta de personal, pero nos proporcionaron toallas limpias y amenidades de baño

Todo estuvo muy bien todos bien hámables el lugar muy limpio. Me encanto todo la alberca y el desayuno. Servicio muy bien, gracias por todo. Una sugerencia que ayga shuttle service alos juegos de los cowboys o de beisbol.

We arrived for checkin at 3:20 pm and our room was not ready yet. They had it ready within 30 minutes of our arrival.The room was nice and had an updated appearance. The gym and the pool were very nice.The breakfast that was served was very good.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

An employee went into my room while getting ready. Check-out was at 12:00 he walked in at 11:40. The manager lied to expedia and myself about check-out time being at 11 and not 12. I confirmed with front desk and Google that it's at 12. I heard them tells other guests the same. Manager hung up on me and then would not take my calls.

Everything was good: clean and nice rooms. Ok breakfast. One thing surprised me that the front desk associate was wearing a sweatshirt, but I guess that’s a new standard nowadays.

Honestly 10/10, I don’t have a complaint at all! Well maybe the parking space, but other than that small minor issue everything else was absolutely amazing! My kiddos loved the indoor pool for sure! And the staff is very attentive, helpful and kind :)

It was a convenient location with access to major highways. But far enough off that it was quite. Felt like a safe area. Parking was abundant.

It was a nice hotel. But whoever designed the sink was off their game. The faucet is so short and close to the tile that you cant really get your hands underneath it. Just wierd.

The interior construction was completed in June 2023.The exterior construction was restricted to the front door area.
