Overall, the condo is good with ample room for 4-5 guests and two full baths. However, our experience was not good. First, the unit requires a key card to access all the exterior doors (aside from the single main entrance that has a keypad) to the complex. The key card is also needed to access the ammenties such as the pool, gym, game room, etc. When we arrived, the only item left was the gate remote for parking, no key card. We reported this multiple times and a new key card was never provided over our 4-day stay. It made unloading/loading a pain as we could not utilize the exterior door by the parking lot, but rather had to carry luggage and other items up steps through the main entrance. The unit also has very little hot water. If two people showered simultaneously, essentially the hot water was then gone for at least an hour or more. The kitchen itself was nice, but there is an absolute bare minimum of utensils, dishes, etc. They advertise as a unit for 4-6 guests, yet there are not enough glasses/dishes for that many. Some of the furniture is falling apart. Could not utilize the dresser in the one bedroom as if you touched it, it literally almost fell apart. Same for the coffee table int he living room, you could see where it was broken. Bathrooms did not provide bodywash or soap and the towels were ripped/mismatched (different colors/sizes). Overall, a poor VRBO (I stay in a lot) and would never recommend this place.
