"My fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay in our Jacuzzi tub room! The tub is huge and the water stayed hot while filling the whole thing up. It was the perfect way to end a long day spent out at Deception Pass State park, which is less than a 15 minute drive away! At night, there are lights strung up in all the trees on the property making it feel a little magical and romantic. There are a good number of places to eat nearby too, very convenient. "The history of the "Alcohol plant" was interesting. The staff were friendly & helpful. It is an older building--so no air conditioning. The view was excellent. We found the room to be clean & in good condition. It was a good value & exellent location; however if you are looking for luxury--this may not be the right choice for you."

"This hotel is wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient and right on the water. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable- not hard or saggy. The room was also pretty- nice gray blue paint, knotty pine ceiling, ceiling lights, soft white bedspreads- it was obvious the property made the effort to look welcoming, clean, and well kept."

"This hotel has very little going for it. The room is substandard. It was clean (except for one sticky table), but old furniture can only get so clean. One chair was horribly stained. The property is substandard. The restaurant had a great hamburger. Check in took a long time because the person in charge at the bar was outside making a phone call. (You check in at the bar). Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous.
