"We were a family with 3 grown boys and a grandmother. The house was perfect! It was as the boys called it “showroom ready”,but still very comfortable. We checked in easily and the boys loved the big backyard for volley ball and blitz ball. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided a cot, which was not needed in our case but nice for an option. The master bath was very spacious. The tub had a bit of a drainage issue but it wasn’t terrible and the toilet handle needed to be held...

"Pictures are very accurate. Proximity to springs is what we went for and it did not disappoint. The outdoor shower was nice. but the water smelled pretty bad so be sure to bring bottle water to drink. The porches were so great; spacious and very well built. We will visit again!"

"Cabin inside was very clean! Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. I completely understand the decks are open to the elements, but it would be nice to hose it down every so often. Wear your shoes outside. The boardwalk to the water is a good length, but that’s expected for the area. The house had all the fun water rafts/kayaks, the only bummer was you’re not provided the key for neighborhood park. So you have to use the State Park across the street and no instructions. "Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...
