Sufficient, but needs improvement.
The chairs in the living room area are not as shown. It would have been nice to be able to relax on a couch and watch tv with my husband but there were just the two highback chairs and we couldn't even see each other because of the lamp on the table between the chairs.
The pictures also showed a TV in the bedroom, but there was none. We ended up just going out to see a movie and staying out until we were ready to go to bed.
The sound of traffic is pretty loud because it's on a main street.
The toilet ran constantly. Keeping the bathroom and bedroom doors shut helped with all the noise.
The bed was so hard, both my husband and I had a hard time moving in the morning.
If you plan to use the stove in the kitchen, there's only about 1.5ft of space between the stove and the refrigerator for you to stand and you have to move the trash can first.
While this location was sufficient for what we needed, a place to stay for o e night, it really wasn't very comfortable. We'll stay elsewhere next time we're in Fort Wayne.
