Room was spacious! It was nice that there were paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a few trash bags for us when we arrived. Waterscape was perfect for our family. Will for sure be back!

Our family had a great stay. Some minor improvements needed in the condo but wouldn’t keep us from staying again. Mainly the master bathroom needs a little tlc, the shower curtain rod was rusted a bit. Also the chairs on the balcony are all lounge chairs with some rips and tears. Would’ve loved to ate breakfast outside, but there was no table or regular chairs. There was a doorbell camera that was a little unsettling, especially with only a key pad lock and no extra security. Would love to see a few changes to make this place a better stay but we would stay again. The atmosphere at Waterscape in general was great.

Family fun for everyone

Such a lovely place with loads of fun for everyone within walking distance. From the heated pools, to the restaurants/businesses, and beach access - this is a one-stop shop! The home was clean, had ample supplies, and made us feel at home while traveling with small kids.

Great stay at Waterscape

We had a great time on our vacation. We have stayed at waterscape once before, and both times our kids have absolutely loved it. They especially loved the bunk beds with their own TVs at this condo. Even though this unit is pretty much in the back, the walk to the beach is still very manageable. My only complaint about our stay is that the king size mattress In the bedroom is very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great stay.

This is a lovely condo and the amenities of the complex are great. We had an issue with the beach chair rental that the listing said was included so check on that before hand if that is important to you. They were quick to reply when needed.

Nice place

We had a pleasant stay. The facility and grounds were very clean. The heated pool was unfortunately shut down unexpectedly for maintenance for most of our stay, but the owner of our unit gave us wristbands to use the heated pool of a nearby facility, free of charge. Customer service was great from RealJoy vacations. The kitchen could use a crockpot and a standard baking sheet. The water pressure in the tub of the main tub needs to be fixed…some of the water was coming out of the tub as well as the shower head. These were minor issues, however, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great getaway

We had a great time! It was very nice and clean inside the condo. A couple things I noticed that needed fixed was the bathroom light in the master was flickering , the washer was making a knocking noise and there was a horrible smell in the hall way.

Very clean and cute!

We loved A328! There was room for everyone! 4 adults and two 8 year old boys. They loved their own little bunkbeds with each bunk with it's own small flat screen. Beautiful balcony. We will definitely be back soon!

Best vacation ever!

We travel frequently and this was our favorite trip by far! The condo was more beautiful then the pictures. Plenty of room, amenities, and well stocked. Perfect space for our family of 5. The resort was a kids dream, the beach was perfect and came with beach service. Any questions I had were quickly answered through a easy text system. Definitely coming back and choosing from real joys listing.

Great condo, pools closed and cold.

We were disappointed that the pools were drained when we arrived and the one heated pool was not very warm. When they did refill the pools two days later they were ice cold. The RealJoy team responded to our questions very quickly, but there wasn’t really anything they could do. It was just one of the reasons we picked this report because of the neat pools and they weren’t usable. The hot tubs were nice and hot though.

Beautiful condo and complex

Everything was exact like the photos. Very clean, had all the comforts of home. Beautiful view from balcony. Listing for beach service caused confusion with managing company which left us without beach service during our stay.

Condo A328

The Condo was nice but not worth the price we paid for 1 week. The beach going into the ocean had a 4ft slope down. Not stable. The only reason we were there was because our 4 children, spouses, & 7 grandchildren were there!
