Communication was wonderful. They even gave us a call to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction when we arrived. Great location. Great view!Was very relaxing . Our trip was the end of April.

Unhappy with this unit!!!!

We have stayed at Island Echos several times & have always enjoyed our stay. However the unit we had this trip we were very unhappy with. There was black mold in the bathroom. Our unit was advertised to have chairs & an umbrella only when we got there it did not. The couch was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! This unit also was very outdated!! We will not book this unit again!!

Just ok with a Beach View

This was beautiful in pictures, but looks older in person. Beautiful beach view and bed was alright to sleep on. Nice outdoor teal tall beach chairs to view the Ocean. Cons: no washer and dryer in condo. $5 per wash and dry! Not convenient to carry clothes back and forth being on 4th floor. This condo does not offer beach service but is rather $ per day 50/day. I will provide a picture of the fees. No beach towels provided. Anything for the beach you must bring on your own. Also bring all toiletries bc not even bare minimum is provided. We bought our own chairs and umbrella to use there and left it in condo for future guests. Having an ice maker would be nice but only tiny ice cubes were available. Not enough dish towels and could use more towels since there isn’t a laundry room on site for guests that have extended stay. Overall a musty salty not fresh/clean smell when entering the condo. Bathroom has rust all over drain, faucet and on shower rod/rings. I understand with sea salt it causes this but it makes one feel like it isn’t as nice of a condo. Needs new paint and refresh and newer furniture. Little things matter in my opinion. Condo suited our needs to get away and excellent beach view. Not my favorite but was ok.

It was very clean! The breaker blew when I turned on the oven and there was some mold in the bathroom. Fault of my own 4D doesn’t have beach service and didn’t have chairs or umbrellas to accommodate us. We had to pay everyday we went to the beach.

Miscommunication

When I ordered the condo from the agent. I made sure that we weren’t checking out until July 5th. He assured me we had the proper dates. Thought all was good. To find out on the 4th. We have to rush and take all our belongings[ which was tons] and find somewhere else to stay for the last night.

Great location. Weather and beach were perfect. Friendly staff. Questions answered promptly. Only issues were gate code was not left but quickly addressed once called. Cleanliness of the unit/updated features could have been a little better. Mostly the shower/water temp and pressure. Overall very good trip.

Great view, nice location.

The location was great. The listing mentioned fully updated which it was not. The cabinetry was dated and paint was peeling from the trim in the bathroom. The trim work for the tub/ shower was old and needed replaced. Overall the stay was nice. I would recommend having the property manager post the gate code on check-in email. We had to ask for it to get in.

Gorgeous views

The condo was nice and the views were spectacular! The chairs on the patio need resurfacing and the dishwasher hit on one of the drawers when you tried to open the door. The bed was comfortable. We loved that the beach chairs were complementary. That was definitely a plus. We would stay here again!

Balcony with a view

Absolutely loved this place. The balcony view of the beach front was perfect. They have a set of chairs that sit higher than the handrail. Could see everything. The inside was clean and had everything needed for the stay. Only thing I had trouble with was the door combo. Had a hard time seeing the numbers when it was dark.
